      Paid out my loan to drop my insurance and they refused to give me my lean release for almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it. Any other car loan I paid out gave me this letter with my final receipt. TD gave me only a receipt. Then hung up on me when I called from my insurance brokers office and she was being extremely **** stating that I wasn’t a customer anymore so they didn’t need to be polite.. then she hung up. * ****** ********* *** ***** **** ******** I won’t even set foot in any of TD’s banks ever again.

      **** ** ** *** *** ***** ******** **** **** ***** ***** I have been trying to get my overpayments back after they applied a loan close out payment to the wrong account, with absolutely no resolution. I sold this vehicle in November of 2024, the managers have taken no accountability and have not reached out for some time now. This situation has been ongoing for 6 months! * ** ** *** ***** ***** it seems legal action is required. I do not recommend doing business with this company ** *** ****** ** **** **** ************** ** ** *** ***** **** **** * *****. They should be embarrassed with how they conduct business!

      ***** *** **** ******* *** ********* * ******* ** ******** ***** *** ******* *** **** *** ****, they are very **************, and they will take your money, but they won’t give you any info on your account unless you have all your paperwork, know what dealership you bought it at, remember your address where you lived from Five years ago, etc. etc. They just don’t get it.

      Apsolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my life with any customer service representatives! My insurance issued me a check with td and my name on it that was an amount over 2500 dollars above the owing amount on the loan! I had to over pay the loan and wait for them to give me back my money! Was told 5 business days it would reflect back into my acct! Well we are now on business days 9 and phone call number 3 I have been told by ever rep that the money is in process of being released and will be on my acct that day well we’re now on day 3 of being told this exact same answer! Told there’s nothing they can do they don’t control the process it’s computer blah blah so obviously there’s an issue for 2 days to get my reimbursement even tho they have no problems taking the payments from your acct and if you were to miss one easily will go into either 1 of your checking or savings to get their payment within 24hrs computer has no issues with that! Was told I couldn’t speak to a manager or a supervisor as I stated I’m 6 days into a rental car out of pocket waiting for my money to buy a used car for now. The reps are very ******** and **** with no answers there rates are apsolute *******. I seriously do not recommend ****** ******* * **** ******* td auto because they do not have a care in the world to help their people. Never again will I make the mistake and considering closing my bank acct with them cause obviously they can’t seem to figure things out between each other

      Horrible service. After holding a truck loan with TD Auto Loan for many years, my truck was finally paid off in December as scheduled. No other payments were attempted to be debited from my account, no further contact. Now, trying to apply for a house, my credit report is stating my truck payment is over due with a balance of over $2000. PARDON!? When calling TD and being shuffled around through 7 different numbers I still have no answers! Horrible service. * **** **** **** ** * ******* ******* ** ***** **** **** ***** ********* ** ****** *** **** ******* TD Auto loan has ****** ******** damaged my credit after being a loyal payer for so many years.

      **** *** **** *** ***** ******* * **** **** *** ** **** ***** I am usually patient with customer service reps on the phone ******* **** ** **** * ** *** ***** However!!!!! This company is the least helpful company in existence!!! Even just to request they email you can take forever. I am fed up of trying to get help from this company!! The call agents are so kind and want to help but the policies and systems restrict them so heavily!! I feel bad for their employees that have to dish out their policies and deal with the push back and it’s not their fault!!

      ***** **** **** ***** *** *** *** ** ******* Payment planned messed up on their end and customer service including manager were **** and not helpful at all. The payment numbers do not add up and make it impossible to get caught up on payments in which they charge 9 dollars a day interest.

      I was in a car accident and waiting for gap insurance. They decided to take a payment leaving me with 68.00 ** *** ** **** ******. Good service. Auto withdrawal was removed and no permissions given

      TD does nothing to help people
      They never reply to voice mails then claim that I never did call and leave a message if you finally get to talk to someone
      Numerous calls to my account manager and get nothing in return for upto 14 days only for her to leave a message to call the same number and extension
      When I called samething I had to leave a message
      When I did get a person on the line they said they would send my account manager an email to call me
      4 days no reply so I left another message of course being verbal she finally called me
      So therefore she was available to call me earlier that day and never made an attempt
      Now a Supervisor I talked to gave me his number and said to call if I need any help or have questions
      2 times I have called and no reply
      Trying to resolve my issue so I can keep my car and go to work and keep a roof over my head
      TD just wants to take people's livelihood away from them
      Of course if they repo your vehicle and auction it they can actually make more of a profit when someone buys it from say a dealership
      You stopped taking payments for no reason
      Never reply to people
      Your supervisor said I only had to make a payment and everything will be good I can be back on track
      I told him the money is in my bank account
      6 days later it's still there
      So is that your game TD
      Take people's cars then auction them and resell them
