  We spent our very last on money on this coming to travel to another province . We had difficulty paying the remainder of the bill as we were told a lower price. Once we gained our belongings back alot of items were broken and boxes that had very fragile items were upside down . I asked the movers to put certain items in areas and they were very rude and never listened to me. They also damaged walls in my new home. We spent 5 grand on this move and Im never recommending this company as they are rude and will damage your items as the movers are impatient. Customer service from them are also rude will hang up on you and will not notify you on details when your belongings are arriving. It was very painful and traumatic experience

  I used this company to move a few items from Calgary to Montreal. Nick was helpful at first obviously after the received the money. My items were picked up from my house May 2nd 2023 and was supposed to arrived in Montreal May 12th, 2023. On the 17th I called him and asked hm where are my boxes and he said it will arrived on the 20th which it never did. On the 23rd I called him and asked him where are my boxes, he did not have the decency of calling me and apologize but he texted and said it will arrived on the 31st of May. I have been calling him the whole day on the 24th of may when he texted. He could not even pick up the phone and apologize but had the audacity of being ********* **** and calling me crazy. The trucking guys were extremely nice, this is the worst company ever and will never use their service ever again. They are a millions great company out there, this is the worst to exist. I should've read all the comments before doing business with them. They are the absolute worst.

  ***** **** ******** They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business, they do not advise of their so called policies when you contact them at first. They will be dishonest, they will show up late and unprepared to work. The individuals in the office will contact you during your move to change their rules of what they can move and how. They will damage your belongings and have a total disregard for your property. **** **** ***** ** *** ****** ** ***** ****** ** ***** ****** ****** ** *** ***** ******. They will take boxes and furniture from each room, not actually clearing rooms entirely. They will tell you they have a 53" truck, what they fail to advise is that they will show up with it almost already full with other peoples stuff. Then, they pull up with a smaller truck to take the rest of your things to their warehouse until they have a full load going in your direction, could be 10-12 days. **** ******* ** ******* *** *** ******** **** **** ****** ****** * ****** ******* ** *** ******* ******** *** ******* ********

  Pegasus did manage to deliver my things but several items were damaged and because they insure based on weight you get nothing since there is a $350.00 deductible.
  Also the sales person mislead me with packing as well as how the weigh and process. He also would not return my calls when things started to go poorly.
  I tried to reach the owner who would not take my call. I did manage to speak to Grace who was apologetic and helpful.

  We called a few time to ask for details on how they work and if they can provide a quote. Instead of helping us he said he dont want our business.
  You dont deserve anyones business. There are so many other companies who can do a much better job.
