Refund and Exchange Policy
Our policies are not compatible with big box stores since we do not have a store. We are a service company first. When someone orders a security system and ask for a refund, the equipment will be tested fully to determine if there is an issue with the equipment. If no issue exists, they will have to take in the loss of product value. Our product warranty is 5 years.
