1 starDo not rent from CLV. They took me 1700$ for a mistake made by their admin. And when tried to negotiate to give me the money back . They did not want to do so . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYCLV Group Inc.

5 starsHello, honestly I just want to share something about my experience couple days ago; I had a water leak in my bathroom and I contacted the superintendent *** and he came the next day and fixed the leak right away, but it took them few days to close up the open area because it was a weekend. ***** the superintendent came and closed it with plastic bag and screws to make sure nothing falls out on us while showering. CLV sent me the painters to check the bathroom for repairing the ceiling. since it was moist, *** told him to remove the ceiling and replace it with a new one?? I was super excited about this because my bathroom ceiling was full of mold. The painters were so polite and clean, they cleaned everything all the mess. The next day the painters came and painted the whole bathroom and even the door from inside. Honestly, the superintendent *** did a great job following up with the company to make sure everything gets fixed ASAP because he knows I have little kids. I also asked *** and ***** to help me with my apartment door lock and they worked really hard on it to make sure my door was secure. Thank you *** and ***** ??CLV Group Inc.

1 starDo NOT rent from CLV Group. Apartment on ***********. was absolutely infested with cockroaches. They sent the cheapest pest control person they could find which did not help the situation at all. I asked the building manager ***** to send me the report that pest control created detailing the status of my apartment. He lost his temper at me and hung up the phone. When I gave them the notice that I was moving out, the leasing agent ****************** throw away my ***** traps and ***** spray so that they could lie to potential new tenants about the infestation. Then she accused me of lying about the infestation. They also raised the rent $300 for the next tenant. $1800 for an apartment infested with cockroaches. Shady business that does not care. Avoid at all costs.CLV Group Inc.

4 starsHello,Based on my interactions with the staff at 350 Mayfield, ******, I am quite pleased with them. When I reported my concerns, the super intendent immediately tried to solve them. What he couldn't fix he referred me to the Senior Property Manager. Finally, they offered to upgrade me from a basement studio to a 3rd floor one bedroom. I must say that I am very pleased with the service provided by those 2 persons. I am not sure if I am allowed to mention them by name. They took the time to listen and offered advice on how to best handle the situation until they could solve my problems; which they did. Thank you so much,CLV Group Inc.

1 starCLV group.*** resident review *** PLEASE read before thinking of renting with this horrible company***Clv group *** is a big and well established company that at first glance presents itself as a decent establishment to rent from. Unfortunately that is not the case, and this company takes pride in scamming you by taking your money even if you decide they do not have the right rental for you. Not to mention this is not a cheap company to be renting from. READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE APPLICATION, and even then I do not recommend giving this company your money after the horrible treatment and service they provide. This company took $2700 dollars from my Mastercard and would not return it although I signed no lease agreement and did not rent their apartment. I did not receive keys or anything. All I did was fill out an application form. After trying to get my money back and having no success, I had a lawyer look over the application. The company has illegally kept the funds taken from my Mastercard and although this is the case I am unable to get Mastercard to refund it as it is an established company. The only way to get my funds back is small claims court. I have a baby on the way and do not have the time to do this. Im sure I am not the first or last person who this has happened too, and with the stress and time of going through small claims court this company is benefiting from scamming people just looking to live in a world with ***reasingly high rental rates, grocery bills, gas bills,ect. I am writing this review in hopes someone sees it and is saved from the scam of filling out the rental application form for this company. If you are considering renting from here, READ the fine print, and be aware you are paying into a horrible establishment that has no morals and values.CLV Group Inc.

1 starCLV Group the worst I have ever dealt with. Reported Norway RAT and BUG problem in my unit at ************* Aug 20 - took them 2 days to respond and then all that happened was a brief visit to take pictures and state this was a minor issue. No calls answered or when calling administration and emails ignored. have been unable to live in my suite due to the issue and will be contacting the ************************** to complain as well. Have tried to address the issue on my own but to do avail. Very disappointed and considering the over priced rent would not recommend this company to any new tenants based on the May review of this year with the bed bug issue.CLV Group Inc.

1 starThe most terrible customer experience ive ever come across. In other reviews they claim to have no records of emails sent to them which is absolutely the biggest lie from them. CLV does not respond to any emails and this whole organization is quite simply put a disaster. There is a reason why they have an average rating of 1.47/5. Ive sent them many emails and they never respond, or respond weeks later when the issue has already been addressed. They have no procedures or guidelines to follow and its so blatantly obvious because you get a different response from every rep you speak to. I would never recommend this company to anyone.CLV Group Inc.

3 starsworst experience ever. Trying to get approved is a joke. Gave them void cheque with name and account number then bank statement with same account number not accepted. spent 90$ on taxi to see admin got statement notarized then there was a problem deposits not same in same month- 1 was twice regular amount no good, just tore strip off salesperson he said trying to help i said how he just going on company line, I cancelled and said he had till 4pm for refund or i call ***** I can buy a house easier stay away from ******* st kits especiallyCLV Group Inc.
