    Had a phone interview. Took time out of my day for an in person interview. Was told I would hear back within the week. That never happened. Utterly dierespectful that they couldn't even take 30 seconds to send an email. Makes me wonder how tenants are treated, when they have complete disregard for people and their time.

    Hello, there. I wanted to write a review because I am very pleased with the CLV group. We applied at in the middle of July 2023 and by the end of July we were approved. They are very through with their applications, which brings me peace of mind that the other tenants are safe and appropriate to live in the property. ******, their representative, is very professional in her demeanor and presence. She is very likeable, knowledgeable, and helpful. She answered our phone calls promptly and very politely, never annoyed to be called. Our new apartment is beautiful with gorgeous grounds. The emails from management also are very polite and helpful with the information. I fully recommend to others to check CLV group if you are looking for a place to live. They have many locations and hopefully you will be able to find the right one. Their price is at par with what average is in our present economy, and you will be safe in CLV community. This is very imprtant to me and CLV provides this for our family.******************

    Found this online. Currently looking for a 2 Bdrm apt. Went there and saw an apt that was unfinished and was told it would be finished soon. This gave us ample time to Get things from out old place in storage and eventually move in by August 1st. The woman got our cell phone numbers and out ID's. Neither of us have any criminal records at all, so no problems there. She asked if we would like to fill out an application and we said "yes, that would be great" and now she just ignores our calls and text messages. Very unprofessional, IMO. She totally ghosted us both without any reason. I'd give zero stars if I could. Not impressed at all.

    The rents are exorbitant for what you get. The move to on-line information and requests for information to go through their Portal does not work for many of the seniors in this building.They are now requesting to know how much insurance we have on our apartmentare they going to have an unfortunate fire and want to be sure they dont have to take care of ******** the on the ground people - the cleaners, garden people, and part time maintenance people are very nice and do their best, they are not supported by the upper level of this Company.While they have once again painted new lines in the parking lot and garagemy cracked kitchen floor remains a problem - after THREE YEARS!The poor lady across the hall's kitchen looks like a poverty residence. After all that, let me say we still like it here.but there is little else available out there for seniors or renters.A more friendly attitude, a more happy maintenance crew, an on-site building managerwould all go a LONG WAY to improving what could be a wonderful place to live.

    I am deeply disappointed by my experience with the CLV Group. Renting from them has been incredibly frustrating. Slow maintenance response, overpriced rent, non-functional in-unit appliances, and the shift to online contact have all left a negative impression.The CLV Groups maintenance service is incredibly slow. They prioritize other issues over basic repairs, causing prolonged inconveniences and frustration. This lack of urgency made me feel neglected as a tenant.Additionally, the rent prices charged by the CLV Group are exorbitant. The quality of the units and services provided does not justify the high costs. It seems like they take advantage of market demand, exploiting tenants with inflated prices. The value for the money paid is disappointing.The non-functional in-unit washer and dryer have been a constant problem. Despite repeated complaints, the CLV Group has failed to fix them promptly. This has left me without a functioning laundry facility, adding to the overall inconvenience.Furthermore, the CLV Groups transition to online contact only has been problematic. The absence of in-person desks makes it difficult to resolve issues or seek assistance. This lack of personalized support creates a sense of detachment and undervaluation.In summary, my experience with the CLV Group has been incredibly disappointing. Slow maintenance response, overpriced rent, non-functional appliances, and the shift to online contact have made for an unsatisfactory living situation. I advise potential tenants to explore other options before renting from the CLV Group.

    I am a resident at *************************************************. Since moving in 4 years ago, I have been consistently impressed by the efforts made to improve and enhance this building. I would be remiss if I didn't specifically thank ***** for her tireless and thorough efforts to keep the building in pristine condition. I also appreciate the prompt manner in which maintenance requests are responded to. The staff servicing this building are always helpful and hard working. Greatly appreciated by this resident!

    I believe the CLV GROUP IS THE WORST PL**E TO LIVE. They never told ** that the building had a bedbugs problem and had it for the past 20 years. In two years we had bedbugs problems twice. Takes 3 months after telling them the problem for them to resolve it. They never answer the phone nor emails. They dont care about their costumer service. The place is falling apart especially the kitchen. You cannot plug the ** and the microwave at the same time otherwise the breaker explodes. They never told this and the breaker is downstairs where we cant access it so the first time we spend 3 days without electricity. On top of that I was renting an indoor parking, which is the worst indoor parking ever. People smoke in it. The janitor painted things next to my car and putted spray paint all over it. They decided they were doing renovation in the garage and out of nowhere I couldnt park in it and I was still being charged. They refuse to cancel my parking subscription because I didnt told them 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE. HOWEVER, they can kick me out of the garage just a day in advance and thats fine. Honestly, would never recommend living in one of their building. I am far from being a ***** but this company just makes me feel so angry and disrespected. IF I COULD LEAVE MINUS 5 STARS, I WOULD.

    Two stars because I really do love my place west ****** of almost 5 years. However over last 2-3 years property upkeep is sorely lacking. First year-2 hallways entrance doors were spotlessly cleaned daily now about every 6 weeks or so I have swept my own area of hallway numerous times. Same with trash strewn ALL over property was cleaned daily not anymore myself and others pick things up on way to trash. Side window of main door was smashed approx 2+ months before fixed. Common townhome hallway ceiling poured out leaking at least 5 times over two years problem NOT addressed always just patched up. Monthly alarm checks notice up and clockwork endish every month nothing for about 6 months then finally end of March, no notice. It felt slightly upscale upon moving, now seem to rent to "anyone" so not so much anymore. Here's the BIG Kicker! Yearly rent increases have been 1.8 to 2.3% not great but expected with start date of July (for me) last year was ******* same this year? BIGGEST heart-stopper an unbelievable increase of 5.5%!! MORE THAN DOUBLE at $98.+ what the **** WHO can afford ONE HUNDRED dollars more a MONTH! Check marked 'needs board approval' I have TRIED unsuccesfully to find out WHY, what can be done, have a heart please! Also states 'if needs approval' not required to pay more than 2.5% BUT "MAY" owe backdated difference once/if approved! I cannot get an answer/solution from anyone! not even Landlord tenant just offer to give me lawyer phone # Nervously chose to pay the 2.5 for my "April" date? and hope upon hope will NOT own mega bucks if/when approved?! BIGGER hope please NOT approved at 5.5%! Was told all will get notice and advised to go to meeting/vote thingy - WHAT then beg! cry! pass out! Only other advice was 'can negotiate' for acceptable/DECENT increase - HOW? to WHO? With EVERYTHING going up in price EXCEPT pays what CEO thinks 5.5% $98/month MORE is FAIR or do-able for anyone?with NO precise answers yet - deflated and stressed!

    Absolute horrible staff refuse to work, threaten ** with fines because the elevator door crushes people so you have to push it open, trash everywhere no cleaners, staff has let themselves into out unit without permission
