    This is the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. The first year was okay, we had a property manager who actually cared about the residents and did what she could to help. After she left, it was like any good from the company left with her. Consistent law-breaking, not caring about the health of tenants, a lack of services which still decline even to this day, and complete ignorance from anyone at CLV. I'm really surprised there aren't more 1-star reviews here, I hear so many bad things from other people too. The only gold star they get is that our building specifically doesn't have bed bugs. I will never recommend CLV to anyone, even to the people I hate.For anyone reading this, do not rent from this company, after three years stuck here, trust me when I say you'll regret it sooner or later.

    So clv group switched to irent. They sent out notices about that and mentioned there should be no change in service, however all their phone numbers changed as well as their email addresses and website. Sending messages to their old email didnt bounce back so you were thinking it was being send to them but in actuality they werent looking at it cause they switched to their new emails and phone numbers. Their billboards still point to the old website. Definitely not a smooth transition.

    I went to rent a house on ******************* last spring. Could figure out why we kept being denied. Truth is when I looked it up later. They raised the rent on these little houses to $2475 from $2200 and only had one bathroom. Long story short. I rented a place in Orleans for $2000, three times the house, 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, reckroom, central air and driveway. My advise is. Before renting from CLV group look around.. So happy I never got the CLV house the house. Shadyside all to raise rents.. Feel sorry for who ever rented their house.

    Worst company ever, they charge us over for rent. When we were trying to tell them, how much they own us and needs to be credited back, they did not want do that and kept telling us it has been. They told us many times, they will email us, not ever received email. We have receipts how much they have been pulling out from our accounts. Stay away from this company. ***** it everywhere as well. Poor administration as well.

    Terrible service. We have been trying to transfer a lease for over 3 weeks. Their inbox is getting checked once a week and they rarely answer phone calls. I have to show up in person and wait until they do every step in front of me. On top of their ridiculous processing times they charge 150$ to process the application. (Even though it seems like they are not actually processing anything)

    Rent from CLV. They do not hire enough staff to properly cars for a high rise building. The staff are great, but they keep changing. The administration is also poor. The asked for our proof of insurance 3 times in 6 months even though we sent it and it was approve 6 months ago. They raised our rent (by an acceptable amount), but did not ensure we got the notice. I just happened to check my account on the portal to see it had been raised, but since they owed us for a parking error, it went through. It took 5 emails to get a parking tag with our correct space on it. They did an annual check of our apartment 2x in 9 months. We have been here 3 years. Pay on time, are quiet and keep everything clean and in good repair. Apartment itself is great. CLV spends its money on appearances and advertising over good building and customer care. Better administration and care of staff and renters would go a long way towards a stress free rental experience. This company was way better a few years ago.

    Worst company in ******. The elevator didnt work for two months, the stench of garbage on the floor was like sleeping in a trash can, the constant stench of cannabis in apartments. very often you will have the opportunity to wash yourself with cold water and get acquainted with the cockroaches in your apartment, which you can fight only on your own. plus three bicycles were stolen from a parking space. They promise a bonus for bringing friends, but they brought two and refuse to pay the bonus. Not recommend!

    Terrible place to live nothing but second hand smoking into my apartment 24/7 And no matter how many times l report this second hand smoke They have not responded nor have done anything about this Im suffocating at night sleeping with the second hand smoke Day and night Continues flowing the second hand smoke into my master bedroom and now from the hallway into the living room and into my door l enter in and out of Do not rent from CLV they dont care they just want you in the door and after that hey treat you like you dont excist!!! The garbage all c*** roaches bed bugs too odd one shows up Coming from the other apartment that dont report anything They only want your money thats it!Too expensive and the water pressure terrible too Toilet wont flush have to put bottles of water down the toilet many have moved out and are breaking there lease Bravo to them!!!Dont trust CLV

    This building is completely neglected. There are mice in the building and units, the garbage is never dealt with properly. the CLV staff never complete a work order and all we hear is excuses. Last winter my unit was at the Lowest temperature of 7 degrees. I even went as far as contacting property standards and for whatever reason it even that was not helpful. THIS BUILDING IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED AND I HAVE BEEN RENTING 18 YEARS

    Terrible landlord. The quality of life at ************* has significantly diminished ever since the building was acquired by CLV Group in 2021.There are several broken doors and windows in the building. There is little to no communication with the tenants. Problems such as inadequate heating or severe water damage can take up to months to be addressed.They also allow motorists to park in the alley that leads to the parking garage, blocking the residents and preventing them from entering or exiting the property.The management is truly pathetic and incompetent. There are no lows they will stoop down to. Avoid at all costs.
