    This company ** ****** ******* *** doesn’t follow legal or ***** guidelines. They exceed the legal limitations for contact and are ignorant about their methods of contact.     They keep calling and I have told them over and over the guy they looking for is not at this number and they still call. I have had this cell number for a couple years and they still call looking for who ever and I tell them every time they have the wrong phone number.

    Sick & tired of getting these calls… they are not even for me! They say they are calling for a person I have NEVER heard of. I’ve blocked several numbers, yet they continue to call with different phone numbers. I spoke to someone to get my number off their call list and they hung up on me!
    It’s been almost 10 years of these harassing calls, which started out to be about three times a year. They are now weekly or more frequent.
    How do I get them to drop my phone number??????

    I am now considering legal action.

    They use a bot to call people and sent me a letter demanding that I pay a debt that owed stating "It must be paid by a certain date" (notice the past tense 'owed' as I am now debt free and have the credit report to prove it). I just sent an email back to the company ... it's ridiculous to do this to people who don't owe you anything! If they continue to contact me I will get a lawyer and contact the RCMP!

    We own a small business and we get calls from this company daily .. a couple times a day., Tying up our only business phone line . They are looking for 2 past employees . We have told them
    we don’t know where these people are they haven’t worked for us for 8 years !! We have asked them to take our phone number off for these 2 people as a contact ,,

    I wish I would had read these reviews before I agreed to sending my check. It's a long story but in a nutshell they didn't need any authorizations to take my money but now they wouldn't even honor the deal they agreed to. My nephew lives in Moldova nowadays, and due to political turmoil that effects the banking system, he is not able to make the payment online. He asked me, the US citizen and his aunt, to help him - make the payment. I tried online and it wasn't accepted. I called August 30, 2022 I was on the phone with representative Kelly; she said they would accept my check and honor the settlement offered. Long behold they did not! **** *** **********. They took my money and refuse to close the account, and now out of a sudden can't talk to me without my nephew's permission. Wow! ******* ******** They didn't need my nephew's permission to take my money. I will also file a claim based on s. 380. I have been patient, and nice. The representatives yelled at me when I called October 24 and 25. I would advise the management to listen how their employees treat people who pay money. I will also email my Attorney General to put Action Collections on black list in Florida.

    Received message from this inaccurate company yesterday telling me I owe 800.00 to a company as I have cleared all my debts as of 1 1/2 ago my credit is in good standing and my lawyer did not see it on any collections unpaid bill so I have BLOCKED their calls from 1 number prepared to do the same to the other numbers and when returning 800.00 equipment I will not pay ACTION what they demand equipment returned get it got it good!
