    ACRM keeps calling me asking for someone I do not know. I emailed them 7 years ago trying to remove my number and they keep calling me for the SAME PERSON. Every time I call I get rerouted through the same system over and over until it inevitably hangs up on me. My record on hold is 45 minutes.
    Regarding reference number *******, get my *** **** phone number out of your records. I'm not in debt collection for anything.

    This company contacted me about an account from 1999 when I was 17 years old saying I have outstanding balances. I now need to go to police and get an investigation to resolve this issue. It’s may 2024, this was 25 years ago and I was t even old enough to have credit!

    Replied their email and calls 10 times to fix the issue but still reciving voice mail after I blocket their number.

    This company is highly unprofessional. They call numerous times a day, multiple times within the hour. The issue is not even for me and I have requested on numerous occasions for them to remove my number which they say they will and do not. It is incredibly frustrating dealing with the *********** staff working at this **** ****** *** ** organization.

    I've received countless voicemail messages from these people. It's never a human voice, it's always a bot ****** ** * *** *****. One time, I actually picked up when they were calling and spoke to someone. The guy said I owe money for a ****** account (I've never had a ****** account in my life). Then I received a letter from them saying it's a **** account that I owe money on... so which is it? **** or ******? Side note - I've also never had a **** account before. This was another red flag. I ended up calling both **** AND ****** to confirm there's no account in my name (I thought maybe my identity was stolen or something). Both **** and ****** confirmed there's never been an account associated with me before and both of them filed the case with their fraud departments.

I've never had **** or ****** in my life. If they keep calling, I'm getting private investigators involved because what they're doing is wrong. ACRM, if you're reading this, let it be known I will not hesitate to get private investigators involved.

    Action collection is very demanding especially one supervisor . Keep calling and even calling people who they shouldn't be calling but ask them if the know me and when I speak to them set up a payment plan they keep calling and ask why I can't pay more and ask how I pay bills which is none of their business. I send what I can when I can and still isn't enough. This place is a joke.

    **** ****** ** **** ******** I thought my debt. was written off from 2016 because I had not fully paid, when asked to send my statements and contract ACRM sent one page of the account breakdown which was not what I asked for.
    When copy of contract was sent, my name was on it but the Intials and signatures were not mine I don't write or print the way that document shows ** **** **** *** * ********** ********. Now they are calling my family in which I never, ever gave ACRM that information. **** **** ** ** **** ******** *** **** *** ******* ****** *** ***** ** *** *******
