    Keep getting calls from this **** company. I just found out on BBB that they are a collections company, however, I have zero contracts that would ever need to be recovered or collected. I do not use credit for anything. ********* * *****

I have had credit checks for three credit cards, a new car and just recently a mortgage, again with no debts outstanding or on file.

    ****** company kept calling my number at random times and *********, and claiming to look for some guy name ****** or whatever his name is. Every time pick up the phone, it’s automatic message no body answers. Don’t pick up the phone and kept leaving voice messages. Texted them and left message do not call me I’m not that person, and still kept calling me. The number they called is not even a real number, it’s a number i got from an app for business calls.

    They are hired as third party collectors to finance companies as well. They *** ********* ***** ********** *** feel they have no obligations to do anything the customer may be inquiring or requesting.     They keep calling my Toronto number. I WAS living in Toronto, now I am back in NL. I would get calls before automated saying they were looking for someone with a foreign name. They def have the WRONG person. I dont know if its a **** ** someone who had this number before me and changed it to dodge collectors ****** ***********. I would hate to change my number!! LEAVE ME ** ALONE. I blacked the **** number but theyre ****** voicemail goes through. STOP ********** *********

    ACRM left a offensive, *******, ********* and ********** message on a shared work voicemail in pursuit of a completely different person who shared the same name as me. They could have only obtained my specific information which was irrelevant to the person they were pursuing by making assumptions after searching my name online. Horrible ******** practices.

    **** ** * ***** I received a letter stating that I owe ******* ************** money. No account number was provided. I contacted *****'s and was told it is a ****, my account is in great standing. On the advice from *****'s, this letter has been forwarded to their fraud department.

    Action Collections are claiming that I owe 200.00 for a 2018 ***** account at *****. I have never received this supposed bill for this account from ***** and Actions Collections cannot show me a bill either. ***** has told me they no longer have this supposed as they sent it to collections and Action Collections is saying they are waiting for this supposed bill from *****. It is sad that desperate people have to work at this ********* company that has no proof of an outdated, supposed bill that according to the statute of limitations is past the date of legally claiming.

    This company calls and says that I owe a debt from 2006 of the amount of 246.86. They say it is a ****** debt even though I was not with ****** or **** or **** in 2006. I am contacting the Canada Fraud Centre this morning and also going to my local police detachment. This nonsense has to stop and it will. There is a two year statue of limitations in Ontario. Even if I did owe they would not get anything because it has been 18 years. **** *** *********

    Just started phoning, sometimes they're hang ups. But then I contacted them myself. And they're claiming (all of a sudden) that I owe money from 2010, bit won't say for what company.
    I have them blocked, and nothing is showing in collections on my chedit report.
