    The crew damaged my property during their visit. I was told on several occasions that someone was coming to make repairs. 5 months later. nothing. I do not recommend Glassmate.

    Hi ***,We are very very sorry about the damage, I really thought that our operation manager is in communication with you regarding this issue, we did reach out to few companies for the repair. One company was available and the both our operation manager and the the rep from the painting company came out to your property in August and checked the issue. The painting company was very busy and I assumed that within few weeks they will rectify the issue. They got the O.K from our side. I am very sorry that they couldn't get there in time and the issue had to be dragged this long!! I agree it should have been fixed long time ago, Our sincere apologies again

    The very next day after I posted a review, you had a painter contact me. Paint does not cover dents and gouges metal.
