    Their crews may be great for window cleaning, but when it comes to eavestrough cleaning they leave much to be desired. Firstly, when you ask for a quote and describe your residence you get back a quote which lists the following: Remove loose refuse and leaves from the eavestrough system and check the downspouts for clogging. Nothing is stated about different levels of trough cleaning.When the crew came to the house they then told me that the job really requires more work. The job I got a quote for appears not to be the right level. Only then do they say they offer 2 levels of trough cleaning. I got no indication of that before hand from the receptionist who called me and sent me my quote, based on my online query and phone ******* no time did she mention the different levels and what each entails. I was never even given a choice. It certainly looks like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. A poor system and I would certainly not recommend this firm. They need to get their act together. As far as I can determine I don't think the crew even checked to see if my downspouts were clogged. They were up on the roof no more than 5-7 minutes.They certainly did not put water through the downspouts with any hose. As of now Im recommending that folks stay away from Glassmate for eavestrough cleaning.

    **** and his coworker did a great job on our gutters and siding and a spectcular job on our fibre glass pergola and stone pathway, both of which were not straightforward. They were prompt, knowledgeable, responsive to my questions and suggestions and finally really hard workers. I could not have asked for more

    Thank you for asking us to share our experience with GlassMate Window Solutions. ********** crew of two arrived at our Nepean home on May 10, 2023. They introduced themselves and before beginning their ******************* window cleaning work, they asked us if there were any issues or considerations that we wanted to make them aware of. They then explained their approach and what each crew member would be doing. Once we settled on the workplan, they began their duties. Our house is on a lot laden with ****************** which generates a great amount of debris, dust & pollen that coats the windows & screens with a lot of ************* ********** crew worked diligently & methodically as though they were six people! to clean all the windows & screens. We saw how well they worked together as a team, supporting each other and capably led by ****. Throughout their work, they also checked in with us regarding any questions or clarifications. ALL THREE were polite, informative, professional and respectful great to watch such exemplary GlassMate employees in action!In the end, we had remarkedly clear views in and out of our windows & screens, large to small. These stunning clean views from an eyes- on basis is evidence of the excellent results we obtained.****
