5 starsWe contracted Nordik to replace 15 of our old windows, Levi helped us select and understand product options that would best suite our home design. We were scheduled for an install exactly 6-7 weeks after our order was placed. On the day of the install Wes and his team arrived on time, they placed carpets everywhere and very were neat, organized, and respectful. They brought all the windows with them and worked tirelessly the first day without lunch and through rain and successfully removed and installed all 15 windows. The second day they work hard again through even harder rain and finished all the capping and trim work. The window install looks amazing and we received several comments already. The boys were very precise, measured well and checked levels thoroughly. Only one minor issue occurred with one window and Wes attempted to fix it but it requires service inspecting/parts. These things can happen and anything can go wrong when you are doing these types of jobs. We are very impressed with the way the work was done and would recommend this company. We will expect service to repair the one outstanding issue!

5 starsHaig and Bearkat arrived at 12:30 and were here until almost 1:30. The workmanship was very professionsal. This is the fourth installation of this front window and, finally, I believe it to be installed properly. Thank you very much!!!

5 starsQuality is impressive! Installation was also impressive - I jokingly asked for an installer who would be careful stepping in my flower beds, and sure enough the admin assigned someone who is known to be respectful of gardens!! The installers asked about a couple of objects (hooks in frames, cable covers close to frames...), and were very courteous about everything. After they left (they had to clean up in a huge downpour of rain!), I went around the house and found only a couple of little pieces of debris - they totally surpassed my expectations! Neighbours and friends have told me they have gotten cheaper companies, but I don't care, I went with Nordik because they were fantastic with my patio door last year, and I want quality and peace of mind. 1 starThe door was installed correctly. Larry wad awesome. Found a small dent on the door above the handle so reported right away. No response nse after 1 week. After spending $6,000.00 on the door they should have reached out. * ***** ********* **** ********Nordik Windows & Doors

5 starsIt was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Nordik. The sales experience was pleasant and the salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we went through our options. The windows and the custom door we ordered were delivered on time and the installation went very smoothly. The installers were polite and efficient and very clean as they worked. A follow-up service call that we booked a few months after the installation for a minor issue on one of the windows was handled quickly and efficiently and the repair person was very friendly and helpful.Nordik Windows & Doors
