5 starsNordik windows were great right from the sales Person to the installer they cleaned everything up left no mess the installer new exactly what he was doing and did a wonderful job.

5 starsI had my windows replaced in 2010, and this year have got some spots on the sun protecting film inside the glass. Called Nordik, the company that took over the original installer ******* *****, and no question was asked, they sent a technician to take the measurements and after a while in our convenience an installer Mr ****** who did a clean professional job. I highly recommend this company,Nordik Windows & Doors

5 starsWe have had our windows for several years and needed to get a replacement one just this past while, Nordik was new to us, so we were concerned. **** ** ******** NORDIK customer service was amazing, the tech person sent to check the concern was great. Our technican, **** was so nice, considerate, careful and professional when he came to take out the old and put in the replacement. Cleaned up after his work was complete. It is so nice to have people like him to come to our home when resolving a problem.Nordik Windows & Doors

3 starsThe installers were a very pleasant and funny ******* father/son team. There was a bit of confusion when they arrived in that they were not aware that they would be doing a jam on site. Unfortunately, they scuffed my deck, did not have latex caulking as an option for the inside (silicone will not take paint, btw), and they did not do a final wipedown of the glass.
If those few issues didn't exist, I would give 5 stars on the installation.
As to the product (patio sliding door): the bottom sill seems a bit high and could be a tripping hazard. Otherwise, all is beautiful.

Well, I appreciate your timely and comprehensive response, but another issue has come up. The caulking they did outside around the door frame is white. The rest of the caulking on my house, as well as my soffits and gutters, are all beige. The white caulking your installers provided stands out, glaringly. I wish they had asked me what colour I wanted before going forward. I can live with it, but if you want 5 stars, it's going to require someone to come out and redo it.Review fromAmir M
