I purchased the GPS tracking system to be used on my pet the same week I purchased it the silicone ripped and it stopped working. It originally was returned as it was delivered to the wrong address. Our neighbours brought it over later so they made me re-purchase it from them for $20 more because they said the price has gone up even though I went on ****** and it was still the same price. They absolutely refused to help me until I begged them to as I was quite desperate I was going to Algonkin with a new puppy and was quite worried. Not only did they charge me $20 more but they also charge me $30 more for the GPS tracking system. Since and I have had to call them and many accounts in regards to my tracking system not working they asked if I got it wet. I told him he has splashed through puddles but wet no. I have had to contact them so many times I don't think I could upload everything to you because it constantly crops out long before it was even splashed. They are now accusing me of getting it wet. Many times they don't answer my questions when I tell them it doesn't work properly. They told me since they gave me $20 off that they would not refund it or exchange it if something ever happened. When I called ****** they were quite upset about how bad things went with them and said no they do not have the practice of not returning the client their money at that is what they told me and the reason why they told me they would not allow me to open up the unit without purchasing it again. **************************** . I would like my money back or I would like a new unit. Product is basically used to know and I can't even use it as it will not charge or hold a charge. They were refusing to send me money back as well as they are refusing to cancel the GPS tracking fee that I paid for a year.
