    I have used their software for a number of years and have had frustration every year but with fudging some figures was able to fiinallly send to CRA .
    This year I have attempted 3 returns , 2 of them joint , and have similar. Problems in that software refuses to accept my entries even though they are exactly as forms from government indicate and therefore I cannot proceed to send to CRA due process to error message .Emil communications have Not been of any help . I have wasted countless hours trying to resolve and now attempt to request a refund for the fees I paid !

    Very poor integration with CRA. Customer support just goes in circles without being helpful. I sent screenshots and the error codes but was not able to Netfile my tax return. * REMOVED. I do not recommend this software or business. The absolute worst experience. REMOVED
