    On June 5th, I informed CodeNinja that I wanted to cancel the service, but they suggested pausing it instead. Then, on August 21st, they charged me again. When I contacted the institution to request a refund, they told me it wasn’t possible and asked if my son could continue for another month. However, my son has already lost interest. Later, they said they could only offer $265 in credits, which is not a full refund, and the credits must be used by December. * REMOVED
