March 25th I purchased subscription from Edabit.

First off, when I purchased this subscription it was with a popup that did not state the refund policy. I need to catch this popup again so I can send it as proof.

Regardless of this, I sent a message through website (they did not supply a receipt of this transmission so I need to find out how to prove this) requesting a refund on April 2nd. After reviewing their FAQ, I realized this day was would have been when I could have received a full refund according to their website. Because I never got a reply from messaging through the Edabit site, I sent an email to the actual customer service email April 4th (this I have record of) asking about refund options because it was now over a week and I wanted clarification on the refund policy because I did not plan on using this site ever again (it was purchased for a class I was taking but I left the program).

I sent another message on the actual Edabit website on May 6, 2024 asking for refund and mentioning that they never contacted me back via personal email when I messaged them in April.

I have yet to hear back from this company.

On February 9, 2023, I signed up and paid $120 for an annual subscription to Edabit. However, on February 9, 2024, Edabit (without notice) automatically renewed my subscription, charging me $120. I was neither informed in 2023 nor in 2024 that subscriptions renewed automatically. I was not given an opt-out notice. Once I was charged in 2024, I immediately cancelled my subscription. I have emailed Edabit twice to address this matter, but both emails have gone unanswered. I called the company's number, but it appears to be a personal telephone number (though I am not sure about this). I don't know how to get a hold of an Edabit representative to issue a refund, so I'm hoping BBB can assist in the matter.
