    Alcolock Customer Service Representatives seem to have a clear bias against their customers due to the obvious reason they need this service.
    Regardless of their alcohol use history and given the obvious service Alcolock is providing these citizens are their paying customers, by definition they require good customer service, therefore this bias is unacceptable.
    Representatives are ***** ************* *** generally unwilling to properly answer or resolve customer enquiries, wait times are long while customers are in some cases left stranded on the side of the road with no resolution to their Interlock Device issues or an inability to connect with a representative after regular business hours.
    Device service appointments are too frequent, changes to appointments or rescheduling are difficult or impossible, yet they charge a $150 fee for missed appointments or late arrivals.
    Again, Alcolock representatives definitively have a societal bias against people with a history of alcohol use, the treatment experienced by these customers ******* ** ************** *** failure to serve the needs of their customers.

    Very poor service. Don't call after 5:00pm or on weekends/holidays and expect a tech to actually call back. I'm not convinced that they have anyone working in their after hours emergency tech department. This is the 3rd major problem i've had since New Year's Eve. On each occasion I was locked out and they did not call back with a code to resolve the problem, until the next business day. On this occasion, the alarm went off around 9:00 PM on a Friday night, spontaneously. I had had the hand held devise in my home, powered down. I let my dog out and heard the alarm and also the radio! I've no idea why. I had to disconnect the vehicle's battery. This has happened before and the truck has also tried to start itself on one other recent occasion. When ever I have the opportunity to talk to a tech and explain what has happened I get absolutely no explanation why this is happening. I've also had to replace the battery, twice in less than 2 years. I am very frustrated with alcolock. I've now been waiting 4 hours to hear from a tech and have called their laughingly named Emergency Service Number twice. The people at this call centre are great but they can only refer your call to alcolock, who don't give a ****. The people who work their must be trained to be rude and incompetent and they must be told to wait hours to call back. I've also had difficulty getting a code so I can have repairs or service done on my truck. The garage has called during office hours only to not hear back until the next day or too late in the day to complete the work.     ** * ***** **** ******** ***** * ****** Our alcolock macine malfunctioned again today and we've been stuck in a parking lot for almost 5 hours now. We've been calling their "emergency" number and they keep telling us that they've told their tech. and he will be calling us back soon.
    Its freezing cold and we can't even start our car to keep warm. No one has called us back and we have no idea how long it will be until someone does. We can't leave our car because we have to be in it when the tech calls to give us the information we need to unlock the malfunctioned machine. This is the 3rd machine we've had because the previous 2 also kept malfunctioning.
    Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

    Alcolock. On hold over 2 hrs. Then hung up on. Called back on hold another 45 minutes. Then got told i had to leave a message and they would hang up on me. Called in to new accounts and someone picked up within 3 minutes. They sent email to tech assistance and they put me on hold for tech assistance. Another 50 minutes and i get the message to leave a message and hang up.
