"Alcolock Customer Service Representatives seem to have a clear bias against their customers due to the obvious reason they need this service.Regardless of their alcohol use history and given the obvious service Alcolock is providing these citizens are their paying customers, by definition they require good customer service, therefore this bias is unacceptable." ...
