We ordered 12 windows from Windowtech in April 2026. The installation were scheduled on Jun 8-9. Every window height and width is shorter 1.5 - 3 inches from what being written on the contract. The installation was planned for 2 days but it lasted till day 4 (June 11) and at least 6 windows without installed exterior trims exposed to thunderstorms in 3 days, the installer didn't put any weather protection on them. We were very concerned at significant undersizing and sequential structural problemd. We called and messaged the sales manager REMOVEDto stop thd project immediately on day 4 while 5 windows were still incomplete. Also, we informed REMOVEDthat we would hire an independent inspector to assess the situation and the inspection report will be sent to Windowtech. We also suggested putting temporary weather seal protection on two windows missing exterior trims but REMOVEDrefused to do weather protection and asked us to pay the installer the rest payment right away. REMOVED REMOVEDneither REMOVEDnor REMOVEDever visited on-site during the installation and after the situation was in its escalation. REMOVED
