Hello, Vehicle: Grand Dodge Caravan 2019 Servicer: Steele Chrysler Service no: SO # 351997 I am writing in the hope that you can assist with the repair of our only family vehicle at Steele Chrysler on the Bedford Highway, Halifax. Our only family vehicle was at Steele Chrysler on 24th October 2023, for a service order SO #351997. That service has not yet been completed. The car remains at Steele Chrysler. We are in 2024 and we are no nearer to having our only car returned. The numerous delays have been due to: - Incorrect parts being ordered to perform the service on a number of occasions. - Insufficient technicians being available to perform the service. - Ongoing engine lights post service delaying vehicle return. I have had many conversations with the service team and have spoken of our many difficulties in arranging alternative transport as this is our only vehicle. We were promised this would be attended to as quickly as possible. That has long ceased being the case. We have requested but not received any assistance or courtesy vehicle. We cannot get around without a vehicle and are now suffering due to no fault of our own. Our previous communications to Steele Auto via the website and *** customer care have gone unanswered. We remain without a vehicle and would like assistance with this matter as we find ourselves suffering due to no fault of our own.
