              March 2nd we bought the mattress from the store as part of a warranty claim from an old mattress. we were told we could throw out the old mattress by the sales lady. now they refuse to deliver us our new mattress because they need the old one for the claim. they will not answer any of out calls.

              Bought a couch and a chair from Ashley Furniture. Paid for the White Glove treatment. Didn't get it. They dirtied our carpet mat in front of our door. A door that we don't use. We only let them use it to deliver the furniture in the house. I said wiping their feet outside they wiped it all over my rug and walked in on the carpet with their dirty shoes. They're supposed to take your shoes off that's what called The White Glove treatment and we didn't get it. Put a claim in and they said because of the mat was by the door and they took the claim away. ******* **** * *** *** ** *** ***** *** *** ******** *** *** ****** really terrible and they didn't take all the old furniture they were supposed to do * ******** ********* ******** ** *******
