Bought a couch and a chair from Ashley Furniture. Paid for the White Glove treatment. Didn't get it. They dirtied our carpet mat in front of our door. A door that we don't use. We only let them use it to deliver the furniture in the house. I said wiping their feet outside they wiped it all over my rug and walked in on the carpet with their dirty shoes. They're supposed to take your shoes off that's what called The White Glove treatment and we didn't get it. Back in August 2023, we bought a sofa (Tanavi - 5 piece sectional SKU # *************) for $***** plus tax with 1 year manufacturer's warranty. There were many less expensive sofas available but they recommended a premium sofa to us with a blend of feathers and foam which by the premium title should have lasted longer than the standard ones to say the least. Just within 6 months, the feather cushions sagged and I reached out to Ashleys for "core replacement" which is covered under my warranty period. And NOW they inform me that the feather core is not covered while only foam core is covered under the warranty. Their insurance and warranty plans are completely **** *** * ******** ********* **** ***** **** ** ** ******** I have been going back and forth with them on this issue because warranty details should be clearly laid out and warranty clearly states "core replacement". Purchased the Isanti bedroom set late October 2023 had issues We have put in claims for 4 of the5 pieces of furniture months ago . The bed was assembled incorrectly, as well as a broken piece. That has been repaired. The dresser and nightstand drawers don’t stay closed . Still open tickets. Our chest bottom drawer was very hard to open and a bottom brace was missing. Despite returning our chest four times, we reluctantly settled for the latest replacement, with a drawer that still doesn’t close properly and missing support braces. when customer service called regarding an exchange I told him we were done we were keeping this last one” as is “. The customer representative asked if we were offer any compensation keeping the sub par chest. . I continue to get calls. Do we have two chest? Do we have one chest? When do we want delivery of the chest and on and on Our initial claim dates back to November, and in March , we reluctantly closed by accepting the chest subpar quality, just to end our ordeal of living out of Rubbermaid boxes.” Hopefully the nightstand and dresser drawers will be less frustrating. Been told need new sliders a total of five and put on order will ship to the house directly quicker delivery Today April 4 I receive a ***** package that turns out it was the slider that was ordered back in November for the first chest and I receiving it five months later. Back in early February I bought a sectional sofa **** *** ******* ******** ** ******** Once me and my wife saw the sofa in the showroom we instantly fell I love with it. To make things better the sofa was on sale. The one problem we had with the sofa was we felt it was a bit too small for our family room. Our old sofa was 12 by 12 feet and covered both walls. The sales agent measured the sofa at the store and told us it was 11 by 11 feet. He said it only a tad smaller from our old sofa at home. After a discussion with my wife, we were satisfied with the size and we went ahead and purchased the sofa. We were also a little worried why such a beautiful sofa was on a very low discounted price. The same sales agent, Frankie explained to us new shipment of sofa were to arrive and the sofa we were purchasing was going to be moved to another location. Skip to we receive our new sofa a week later and once placed in our family room, we felt something was wrong. It just looked way too small for the room. After measuring ourselves the sofa was 10 by 10 feet. ** **** *****. The agent lied to us for a sale. We love the sofa but felt very upset for it being much smaller but worse being lied to. I called the store and got no response. I then call the main office and I was told to wait a few days and someone from the location will call me back. Waited another week and I called back and again no response and no call back. I again called the main office and wanted to speak to upper management. I was told the main office can’t do anything about this matter and I will have to wait patiently for someone from the location to get back to me. It’s been a month now and I haven’t heard back from anyone. At this point I’m very hurt and upset the way Ashley Furniture has handled this situation. * ***** ******* *** ** **** ** *** ******* **** ******. I’m not looking for a refund or return. I purchased a bed from this company two years ago, but to my dismay, it collapsed just last week. I had hoped for better quality compared to ***** but unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken. My disappointment knows no bounds. I bought a sofa from ASHLEY FURNITURE ON 64th ave n.e a year and half ago they delivered the wrong product I went to there store very same day told them it’s your mistake pls change it or pick it up from my garage nobody came. In fact after my many complaints they gave me a solution to buy another one then we’ll pickup the previous one otherwise you have to pay I bought a new one which I have already paid but still no one came for the first one yet and it went to collections, they told me to contact their warehouse manager I did nobody is answering from there as well, pathetic customer service ***** ***** *****.really don’t know what to do exactlyAshley Furniture HomeStore Response

I recently purchased a sofa **** ********* *and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite providing accurate measurements of my space and confirming dimensions with the store, the delivered sofa did not fit. Upon expressing my concerns and attempting to choose an alternative, I was informed that the maximum size available was 86 inches. Despite selecting a sofa within this limit, the replacement they delivered still did not fit my space appropriately. To make matters worse, when I requested to cancel the purchase due to these ongoing issues, I was surprised to be informed about potential fines. This added complication has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall customer service. I strongly advise potential customers to thoroughly review the store’s policies and consider alternative options to avoid similar inconveniences. Only gave one star because it won’t allow zero stars…….Very very poor sales staff. Was told a couch was in stock and could get it the next day with delivery for a charge $*** by a third party company. They got us to applied for the Ashley financing card. Got approved and then proceeded to say the couch is not in stock and could take up to 2 weeks. This was after all paperwork was completed. Now I am fighting to cancel the order and they are fighting me to wait for the delivery. I need furniture now.
