1 starREMOVED
We have paid for an onsite consultation and we decided to go forward with a foundation exploration. We paid a down payment for the service and were told that we could expect it to be performed by the end of July.
We have left phone messages and emails that we never received any response from them.
We have decided to cancel our contract with them. Just lost a non refundable deposit, but the piece of mind, of not dealing with a torn up foundation heading into the winter and having to deal with the lack of response from the company is a blessing.

Pegside Construction is disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect our communication throughout this project.
The foundation exploration had not yet commenced. Due to scheduling, the anticipated start date shifted from the end of July to the beginning of August. This scheduling update was communicated by telephone before we received the cancellation notice, and at that time no concerns or objections were raised regarding the revised timeline.
The review also states that phone calls and emails went unanswered. After receiving the cancellation notice, we thoroughly reviewed our records and can confirm that every email we received throughout the entirety of our correspondence was responded to in a timely and professional manner. We did not receive any emails that were left unanswered.
When Mr. REMOVED advised that he no longer wished to proceed with the project, we respected his decision. Although the consultation had already been completed and administrative time had been invested into the project, we nevertheless voluntarily offered to return the deposit in full. That offer was declined, and we were instructed not to contact the client again.
We recognize that schedule changes can be frustrating, particularly in the construction industry where unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. While we regret that this project did not move forward, we believe it is equally important that public reviews accurately reflect the facts. Pegside Construction remains committed to honest communication, professionalism, and treating every client fairly, even when a project does not proceed.Review fromCody P
