5 starsEverything about my experience with Van Isle Windows was first rate. Every person I dealt with, both in person and on the phone, was professional and personable. They did not try to up-sell me in any way. They communicated clearly, answered my questions promptly and arrived on time. Having six of my single-pane and "heritage" windows replaced by Van Isle products has been absolutely life-changing in terms of the temperature in my house and energy efficiency, and they look great too.

5 starsVan Isle Windows did a great job for us! First, they told us about the Government rebate - which saved us about half of the cost! Then the salesman came out and measured and gave us an estimate. They ordered the windows, and 3 fellows came out and installed them. They put tarps down on the floors and put booties on their feet so as to not make a mess of our floors. They were very obliging and helpful. In a day and a half they were all done and left us after cleaning up any mess. We are very pleased with our windows!Van Isle Windows Ltd.

The VIW product is first rate. Our final install looks great.

5 starsI can't say enough good things about Van Isle Windows! The team was so professional and friendly, and they worked incredibly quickly. They went above and beyond to explain what they were doing and even removed things we didn't need and took them to the dump for us! We feel so much safer with our new sliding glass door. 5 starsI recently had several new windows put in my 1955 duplex with wonderful results. The new windows look better than I could have imagined. It's amazing how the new windows improve the look of the duplex.
I had originally used Van Isle in 2000 when I bought the duplex and had it renovated. I was happy with the results then but after 23 years it was definitely time for a redo.
The whole experience, from deciding on new window design, getting a quote and the installation, went without a hitch.

5 starsWe had a more complicated install than usual as our old sliding glass door was set into concrete. The guys did an excellent job, the new door fits perfectly and seamlessly in place. The guys were friendly, efficient and cleaned up so well before leaving.Van Isle Windows Ltd.

5 starsTruly a great experience! As other reviews have said - from sales to installer everything was amazing.
Dave came to measure our windows and walk us through the process and really helped us find the right windows for our home and budget. Also a funny, kind, and genuine guy!
Our renovation budget wasn't large but the windows were absolutely worth every single penny. The noise reduction and heat retention were noticeable immediately. Our new windows look larger and let in so much more light than before!
The installers arrived promptly (our arrival window was between 8 am and 9 am and there were knocking on our door at 8:00!). They set to work laying drop cloths and took great care to minimize their impact on our home during the installation. Quick and efficient work and they did a great job cleaning up afterward.
