  Very professional company. From the initial presentation to the completed install, there were no surprises. This, in spite of it being a very large job involving 55 townhouse units with different combinations of window styles. Just as promised, the job was done one time. A very positive experience.

  Rarely, in this day and age, are we fortunate enough to be able to partner with a company as professional and customer-oriented as Van Isle Windows. Our strata voted to replace hundreds of windows and sliding glass doors in 55 units. In spite of the disruptions caused by the threat of US tariffs, agreements were carried out to the letter. In all cases, individual owners' schedules were taken into account.
  The installation process was swiftly executed with a minimum of dust and dirt due to removal of existing windows, and with few reports of damage to surrounding sills and woodwork. The teams worked efficiently, politely and with a real regard for their surroundings, including pets and concerned owners.
  In addition, although their vans and trucks were on the street in front of the units they were working on, with continual sawing taking place throughout the day, when they left each evening, not a trace of activity remained behind.
  None of this is an exaggeration - simply an acknowledgement of a company with a superior work ethic and excellent product that meets the expectations of all concerned.

  We had recently had two large windows installed in our house. Van Isle Windows did an excellent job. From the estimator to the installation crew, a 10+. On time and budget, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Friendly and professional staff all the way! I would highly recommend Van Isle Windows.

  We met Rebekah Formanek of Van Isle Windows at the Parksville home show. We arranged to meet about replacing our single pane living room windows. Rebekah was very efficient and quickly arranged for measurements and installation. Four workers arrived with our new windows, and they spent about 2.5 hours to remove the old windows and install the new ones. The four workers were professional, respectful and efficient. It was obvious that they have worked together before. We absolutely love our new windows. They look so nice it's like we are outside by the trees! Thank you, Van Isle Windows!

  Thank you so much, we are so happy with our new windows! They look beautiful and the specifications are exactly to what was ordered. From the initial consult with Rebekah to the final installation, Van Isle was so easy to work with, friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. The crew that arrived to install the windows were such nice guys and so respectful of our home and the bushes they had to work around in.   A few years ago residents at my strata began to consider vinyl window frames with triple panes for energy efficiency. The old metal frames transferred too much cold or heat. Van Isle Windows' solution was to cap the old frames with new vinyl ones and seal them. The benefits were several: first, heat inside was far more efficiently retained in winter, and interior coolness in summer (vinyl frame replacement meshed quite nicely with my heat pump installation). Secondly, we noticed a marked difference in noise reduction from the nearby highway. Also, a reduction in interior dust. Plus, federal and provincial rebates were available when I did it.
  More recently, I decided to replace three of the screened windows with full panes. This was because in order for the heat pump to maintain the interior climate, windows have to be kept closed. Also, screens and surrounding screen frames tend to darken a window somewhat, reducing the amount of light. Van Isle was gracious and re-approached this new project. The result was much brighter with an unimpeded view in each case. The work was done in a half day. I was concerned about impact to my exterior stucco and interior drywall from removing the relatively new windows, but it was negligible. The crew was affable and professional. Thanks guys!

  This was the fourth time we used Van Isle Windows over the last 8 years.
  They have changed out 26 windows and 3 exterior doors for us in the process.
  Great group of people in all departments working together to make it the most enjoyable experience.
  We all desire a top-quality product, priced smartly, and in a time frame that works well for the customer. Van Isle Windows is consistently that trifecta, hands down.
