      I have been a customer with Van Isle Windows since 1978. I have had my windows upgraded three times and found them courteous, very professional, efficient, top quality manufactured product and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for those qualities.

      Their salespeople in Nanaimo are the worst, and they abuse
      the CleanBC Program. Charged one single 20.5" x 32.5" window at
      $1934.38, while other suppliers quoted less than half of it. The people who came
      to install the window were nice enough, but the sales manager ****** ******* ** *** ***** ***** ****** you could possibly deal with,
      on top of overcharging, he asked for more money to finish the job ***** ********* even though the technician said he would come back to
      finish it, sales wanted more money, then used threats when disagreed. This kind

      Very professional company. From the initial presentation to the completed install, there were no surprises. This, in spite of it being a very large job involving 55 townhouse units with different combinations of window styles. Just as promised, the job was done one time. A very positive experience.

      Rarely, in this day and age, are we fortunate enough to be able to partner with a company as professional and customer-oriented as Van Isle Windows. Our strata voted to replace hundreds of windows and sliding glass doors in 55 units. In spite of the disruptions caused by the threat of US tariffs, agreements were carried out to the letter. In all cases, individual owners' schedules were taken into account.
      The installation process was swiftly executed with a minimum of dust and dirt due to removal of existing windows, and with few reports of damage to surrounding sills and woodwork. The teams worked efficiently, politely and with a real regard for their surroundings, including pets and concerned owners.
      In addition, although their vans and trucks were on the street in front of the units they were working on, with continual sawing taking place throughout the day, when they left each evening, not a trace of activity remained behind.
      None of this is an exaggeration - simply an acknowledgement of a company with a superior work ethic and excellent product that meets the expectations of all concerned.

      We met Rebekah Formanek of Van Isle Windows at the Parksville home show. We arranged to meet about replacing our single pane living room windows. Rebekah was very efficient and quickly arranged for measurements and installation. Four workers arrived with our new windows, and they spent about 2.5 hours to remove the old windows and install the new ones. The four workers were professional, respectful and efficient. It was obvious that they have worked together before. We absolutely love our new windows. They look so nice it's like we are outside by the trees! Thank you, Van Isle Windows!

From the initial consult with Rebekah to the final installation, Van Isle was so easy to work with, friendly, courteous, prompt and professional.
