      The delivery service is an abomination. They cannot process basic instructions. The offshore call centers have bad English speakers, sorry I don't speak Polish or Tagalog or Hindi (note to offshore call centers).

      HORRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered a couch form them, which to my own error was the wrong furniture for my living space. Shame on me, right? Because I had to pay $1100.00 to send it back! OK, fine. It's a sting but whatever....then I find out they are still charging me! Turns out, it's for the membership that I had to get in order to buy the couch at the offered price but IT WAS NOT REFUNDED when I sent it back........ Then, upon telephoning them in order to have them rectify it I also learned that the original $329 shipping fee was not refunded. Are you you kidding me? Never again, and I hope others take my advice. They have basically stolen from me.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY. They charged 1/3 cost of bed to deliver it! 470 dollars. only to want to charge the same to return it and asking to box it although they left no boxes. they are a scam. they say you get a discount as a member but what they end up doing is charge the discount into exhorbitant delivery fees. they make returning so expensive, that with return i would have paid ****, which is literally stealing money from customers during a recession. their customer service was literally trying to gaslight me.

      Decent products. Nice designs. However, their logistics company completely ruins their reputation. Me and my handyman are standing outside watching the delivery guys unload the boxes. The first box, the guy inside the truck throws it outside and crack, you immediately hear the wood crack. I open the box and point out the broken leg. Zero empathy from the delivery guys. Now I am down two dining chairs because their incompetent logistics company doesn't give *** ***** about customers. Moreover, to add to the insult, Rove concierge is now telling me that claim cannot go through till the logistics company submits pictures of the damage. This company doesn't serve customers. They make customers suffer for their own wrongdoings. It's a shame because if it wasn't for their incompetent logistics, I would have given this company at least 4 out of 5 stars.

      Horrible business to deal with. First time I have heard of a 3 day return policy. Have no visibility into transportation and could not tell me when product would arrive and when it did it looked like the package was thrown down a flight of stairs. Never going to deal with them again

      By far one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with! We ordered a sectional that took months to get here and when it arrived it was missing parts, it was damaged, smelled like mould (which still hasn’t gone away ) the softness, look and feel of the couch was not as described. Furthermore the couch cushions sound like there is garbage bags inside. Needless to say in addition to the missing parts and damage the couch is poorly made and NOT what we ordered.The delivery company provided photos of the damage, I’ve provided endless photos as well as videos and ROVE is basically refusing to allow me to return the couch. I’ve been going back-and-forth with Rove for weeks and getting sent to multiple different representatives every time I try to communicate with them. The couch is now even damaging my hardwood floors because it was delivered with no legs and was just placed directly on my hardwood floor . I expected to keep a damaged $5000 couch with missing parts that is not what i ordered , companies can not do this !!! DO NOT recommend this company to anyone, be very cautious before purchasing here !!
