Posting these comments that Ive shared elsewhere:Ive encountered significant quality control issues with items from this store. Out of the seven items we purchased, two stopped functioning properly. We received a replacement for one, but it was flimsy and of poor quality. Another replacement is on the way. One of the stools we bought had a foot break off after just one year, and while they provided additional feet, it shouldn't have broken off so quickly. Additionally, our 400-pound marble dining table, which weve had for only a year, has cracked completely through. This not only renders it unusable but also raises safety concerns. A marble specialist who reviewed photos of our table suggested it might not even be marble, but rather painted concrete.Given these numerous issues, its clear there are serious quality problems with these products. Its a real shame because they look nice. Please reconsider purchasing from this store.Lastly, I posted these comments elsewhere. Someone from **** responded with an air of concern and told me to reach out to the company and expressly name them for support. This is an act. I never spoke to this person, and despite explaining myself all over again, was informed that marble cracking isn't covered under warranty. So why bother putting me through the process in the first place? Purely to make it seem that customer service was on it - this is simply to save public face.

      Thank you for your feedback.

After reviewing your case, I see that the bed was delivered in 2022, and youve reported the appearance of orange spots in January 2025, three years later.

The wood slats are crafted from kiln-dried pine, which generally doesn't support mould growth unless influenced by specific environmental conditions. This may be the cause of the issue you're experiencing.

Given the three-year gap and the nature of the materials, we regret that we are unable to proceed with a claim resolution at this time. However, a claims' supervisor will reach out to you to discuss this matter further and explore possible next steps, we appreciate your understanding.

You are responding to the wrong post. We have no orange spots or wood slats. Weve had our items 1.25 years and not three.

Same design as ******/SLK home - Overprice/Overrate Rove Concepts is carrying the design same as SLK home (in ******) and ******** ******** Quartz Dining table Item #*******. The table is same as Rove Concepts - ****** Dining Table. I should do more research on ************************** and look at other reviews before purchasing. Well, the design is exact the same including the assemble instruction and pictures. To me, either ****** is copying ************* or Rove is copying ****** or other company's design. It is not worth while I paid for $2000+ from Rove plus membership fee vs ****** costs only $1499 with delivery and set up. I did check with Rove Concepts - here is their feedback "We create our own designs at Rove Concepts, including the ****** Dining Table". Well, you can see Rove items can be found on slk home website. Well, their products are over priced and over rated. it's not worth!

Ordered a few large items back in the summer, have not yet received any. asked customer service but no one can tell where the items are. AVOID this vendor, they are a scam!! I would give 0 star if there is an option to do that. Don't be deceived by the marketing and pictures.

Rove Concepts has terrible support, and they do not have the ability to help. There are NO real phone numbers to real supervisors. Supervisors never return calls. I have yet for Rove Concepts to complete a delivery. They do not show up!!! They say that they we unable to deliver. (a lie) Where I live, I have to schedule and put up a damage deposit. So far, Rove Concepts has cost me $1000.00 -- WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THAT!!!I like the furniture offering and there pricing. I would stay away from Rove Concepts no matter how good their marketing is, no matter how nice the furniture is and no matter good the savings are. STAY AWAY!!

Beware of this company. They dont accept returns unless you ship it back to them and pay for it. In my case the return shipping cost more than the chair.

      Hi There,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear of any dissatisfaction with the product. Our Marble tables have two coats of waxy sealant which will provide basic protection; however, due to the porous nature of marble, we advise you to be cautious with any spillages. A common assumption is that marble sealers prevent stains. This isn't exactly accurate, as a sealer only slows the natural rate at which a stone absorbs a liquid. Sealant does not prevent etching. This is physical damage to the stone, and we therefore recommend using coasters, place mats or other surface protectors and avoiding contact with acidic and alkaline foods as best as possible.

To protect and maintain our Marble product, we recommend purchasing a special marble cleaner and an additional sealant, both available at most hardware stores. We recommend re-sealing our Marble tables every 13 years. You can have it sealed either professionally or by yourself.

For more tips on how to clean and seal marble:

I love rove concepts but honestly im a little mad im just finally figuring out how the membership works. Ive definitely spent well over $5k with them and im just learning now about the huge discounts you get once youre subscribed. I ended up ordering the gallus coffee table for $749 instead of $1000 once i figured out how it worked

I love rove concepts! I keep watching their *** **** and i want to buy more w every scroll lol. Sucks that their shipping is so expensive or else I would’ve probably redone my whole living room by now. I got the belia modular sofa a couple years ago and safe to say the quality is amazing and has withheld my kids shenanigans from jumping on the couch to sleeping on it to playing w the dog on it.

I was going back and forth between the tulip side table and Maria side table for my living room from rove. What sold me on the tulip side table was the gorgeous marble top that i knew would instantly elevate my space. I’ve ordered from rove before and have always had a good experience this will be my 3rd piece from them.

My favorite addition to my office space has got to be this new aura table lamp. It looks like a classier in disguise ring light and it makes me look great on all my zoom calls lol. The marble and brass frame make it super elegant.
