      The ***** sofa from rove made my living room! I ordered the ********************* to compliment all the earthy tones in my space and the color is perfect.

      My friend dragged me to the ********* showroom this past weekend and usually i hate buying from big furniture brands because i always want something no one else has but I was super impressed by the variety in store. I ended up leaving w some color swatches for a new couch.

      You know when you walk into furniture stores and you just wish you could make it your whole home? The la jolla showroom is exactly that. I went shopping with my daughter this past weekend for a new bedframe and the team in store was so kind and helped her look at all the 100 options she wanted to see. She finally ended up choosing the ****** bed! Cant wait for her to get it!

      I just stopped by the Rove concepts ** outlet and was so surprised at how much amazing stock they have in store! My roommate and I hung out there for an hour feeling out different couches and ended up walking out with an order confirmation for the cascadia coffee table hahah

      I usually hate ordering furniture online without seeing it in store first but I recently stumbled upon a post about their ****** standing desk and was pretty convinced it would look great in my office space. Most of my days are spent working from home so it felt like a good treat to re-do part of my office space. Their customer service was great at answering all my questions about which delivery option would be best.

      I bought the Womb chair. Its a nice design, but the fabric is horrible. It piles up, is very rough, and catches every piece of lint. I called customer service and told them about it and they said I had to vacuum it with a fabric brush. I did, and it made it worse! I called them again and they said theres nothing they could do about it. On top of that, the cushion started to fall apart only after two months. They said the cushions are not under warranty. I expected more from a $1500 chair, especially when it had about 600 5-star reviews on their website. Upon looking further about the reviews, you can only leave them here on Trust Pilot. I am assuming they some how filter them out on their website. I dont see any bad reviews on their website which is obviously not the case.

      I purchased a Tulip Table and 2 Tulip armchairs from Rove Concepts. The Table and chairs remained in their original shipping packaging in the living room of my old home until they were moved, along with my other furniture, into my new home. After only 5 months of very minimal use, the chairs had issues. The tray holding the ball bearings wore out completely leaving a metal-on-metal swivel. I noticed this when black dust appeared on my floor. I sent a picture of the bearings and their tray to Rove's customer service. The tray is so cheaply made it looks like a flip-top to a can!The first response was a listing of their warranty which included everything but the working parts (ball bearings and tray). The second response was "Storage does not extend the warranty. The storage conditions can also cause the bearings to weaken just from storage, such as moisture. We don't have bearings to send because this product is fully discontinued."Now, to say that moisture could be a cause for the ball bearing tray to weaken is really ridiculous. I kept the products crated in their ORIGINAL packaging from Rove Concepts in my living room until I moved. The picture that I provided of the ball bearing and tray clearly shows how cheaply the chairs were made.I was not asking for a full refund, I just wanted chairs that work. Their solution was for me to take the chairs to a local furniture specialist for repair and submit the bill for "review". Honestly, where am I going to find a repair specialist that has the specific ball bearing tray for these specific chairs?My experience has shown that Rove Concepts does not stand by their products and offers inferior quality. I have many empty rooms in my new home, but, due to my experience, I am not doing business again with this company. There are many on-line choices that I recommend you consider other than Rove Concepts -- Interior Icons, Bau Haus, Modern Classics, Hive to name a few.

      Placed an order on a Saturday afternoon. Realised we had made a mistake and contacted them within minutes of placing the order to request a cancellation. The website clearly states 1-4 business days to process an order and this was not a business day.The next day, Sunday morning, they falsely claimed the order was already shipped and we could not cancel. This is fraudulent and predatory behavior.

      I spent several thousands of dollars on a 48” ***** table, 2 *** counter stools, and 4 ****** dining chairs. The ***** table came without the appropriate hardware so we had to go out and buy that ourselves to put the table together. The *** counter stools came pre-assembled and were fine. All 4 ****** dining chairs were defective with inappropriate hardware that rendered them unusable. I had also purchased the $200 yearly membership subscription which is not refundable. All I asked for was a refund of the 4 ****** dining chairs to my credit card and for Rove to pay for the return to their warehouse of the defective chairs. I had to jump through hoops to even get someone on the phone and they are now refusing to pay the cost of return shipping. This company has truly horrible customer service and do not stand behind their products. Please stay far, far away from them. I am so upset I did not do proper research on this company before buying from them.

      Rove Concepts has horrible customer service and zero product support. I had a ******************* delivered with a broken zipper and one year later, I still cannot get them to send me a replacement zipper. The couch now has to be scrapped. The company needs to go out of business.

A refund of $1100 was offered as a resolution which you accepted 09/06/2022 and the refund was issued the same day. As a resolution was offered and provided in September 2022 I am afraid we are unable to reopen the claim, we appreciate your understanding.
