      I purchased this item today and was kind of skeptical because of the 2.85 reviews. However, I went ahead anyway figuring I'd work through any issues. I installed the software and immediately contacted support (today is a Sunday) and Adin went on to my computer within 10 minutes of my contacting support and made sure everything was working properly. I could not ask for better service.
