            I have previously phoned the Company about my complaints, then written a complaint to them. I did speak to someone who was not too sympathetic to my problem, but I am a ********* and did pay $840.00 to have the work done. There were a lot of small problems but the main thing was they were suppose to completely trim the bush hiding my front door as it is covering my front door and I did explain the reason why I wanted it trimmed. It was done on the 18th of October, 2021. I also had wanted my cherry tree in the back yard trimmed and they barely cut it. The reason for that was I had squirrels jumping from the branches to my roof, which, last year after Pro Tree did the job, caused me to have to have an exterminator in my attic. I would have been perfectly happy if they had just come back to cut down the front bush.
