5 starsMy wife and I would highly recommend this company to anyone eligible to apply for the Disability Tax Credit. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful and the service they provide is excellent. 5 starsExcellent staff to work with and once I got the medical information gathered for them it did not take long to get everything else done and I received my refund and paid their rate and that was all completed within a couple weeks of filing. It only took a couple weeks to be approved for this. I highly recommend this company!

5 starsI saw their ad on ******** and was a bit apprehensive, but thought about the fact that I wouldnt have to pay if it wasnt successful. Everyone I spoke with was informative and positive. I almost gave up two times. First was when I spoke with ***************** office to make the appointment and she told me that the government has changed their standards for qualification since I was on the disability tax credit previously. She said that I had to be at least 50% disabled in 2 categories, so I called Lilli at TND and she assured me that it was at 90% in one category as well. So I went ahead and made the appointment with the doctor.The second time was when the doctor filled out the paperwork she wrote that I was severely disabled but checked the box that I wasnt. Spoke with ***** again and she said shed take care of it. The next thing I knew, ***** called me to tell me she got it changed and my application was filed. I got approved for the 2 previous years and 5 more! My husband and I were very happy. I highly recommend True North DisabilityTrue North Disability Services Ltd.

Unfortunately, doctors often have a very poor understanding of eligibility requirements (they receive no formal training on this credit or the process). It is always about providing proper educational material to them. Many doctors can be fantastic to work with, and then there can unfortunately be some on the opposite end of the spectrum. 5 starsAbsolutely fantastic company, I tried applying on my own a few years back with no success.Within a few months of dealing with TND they were able to assist in a professional manner and get the process done a lot sooner than expected. So thank you so very much to all of you who worked at getting my disability approved. Yes they take 20% but I would never have seen anything if it wasn't for them so I am truly grateful.True North Disability Services Ltd.

5 starsI was quite nervous when applying to have True North Disability services. I was afraid it was some type of scam. But I followed ******'s instructions and contacted the Better Business Bureau. Everything checked out, so I went ahead. (Nervous every step of tge way !) It cost me only $40.00 out of pocket for my Dr. to complete the medical forms. Everything went through much faster than expected and I received several thousand dollars from the government. They approved my claim and the backdated it to my last 10 years of income tax returns. THANK YOU to ****** and True North Disability Service. This is life changing for me!
