  Used their services to which CRA denied all of their applications, months later myself and doctor go through the process with no assistance from true north (true north wouldnt even be able to tell you the disability we used) but yet a few months later I get a bill from them saying if Im approved at all within so many years then they get a cut! What a joke! This is a complete ****.

  Hi *******,Id like to clarify several important facts regarding your ******** first inquired with us on May 3, 2023, at which point we promptly sent you the necessary paperwork to begin a Disability Tax Credit (***) claim. Upon reviewing your file, we identified that you were already eligible for the *** from 2021 to 2026. We were fully transparent in discussing your eligibility and provided an estimate of the potential retroactive refund. You instructed us to proceed with your claim.We completed a tax assessment, prepared your paperwork, and submitted it to your physicians office. Over the next six months, we followed up consistently with both you and your doctor.On November 2, 2023, your case manager sent the following message:"Hi *******,Hope you are well. Just checking in to see if you were still interested in proceeding with the application?It has been a little while since we have been able to connect, so we are just going to place the file on hold for the length of our agreement.If you do wish to proceed at any time, please kindly give me a call and we can discuss the next steps."You responded the same day confirming you wanted to proceed. We then continued communications with both you and your physician.On November 14, your doctors office advised they needed one to two more weeks.On December 5, they indicated the forms were still on the doctors desk and that she intended to go through them with you.We followed up five times in December with no response from you.On January 18, 2024, we emailed again:"Have you had a chance to book a doctors appointment and/or speak to Dr. *** ******** regarding the forms?"You replied the same day:"Yes, I did speak to her and she said she would do the forms for me and get them back to you, and I did sign the release to do so."Despite this, we received no further communication or completed forms. We followed up again in February (five times), and several times in the following months without success.Then, on October 15, 2024, we noticed your application had been approved and a refund was being issued. We left a voicemail informing you of the outcome and the invoice for our ************************ responded:"Sorry to inform you but this is not from the work of your services. I was denied based on your guys work, but MYSELF and MY DOCTOR went in and applied for a different disability and it was granted."This claim is inconsistent with *** timelines. The *** typically takes 36 months to review a *** application and reassess taxes. To suggest that our application was submitted, denied, and that you then independently submitted a new one and received approval and a reassessmentall within that same timeframeis highly improbable. Furthermore, the *** has no record of a denied application. What the *** does show is that your application was approved for ********years not previously approvedbased on the application that was submitted. The denial from ******** appears to be due to a lack of supporting medical documentation for those years, on the submitted application (the *** can deny certain years of a claim if there is no evidence that you were meeting the criteria during those years).Your file contains:58 internal notes 19 emails Multiple documents exchanged between us, you, and your physician The total amount recovered was $2,491.38. Our invoicebased on our contingency agreementis $498.28 + GST. Despite multiple reminders, you have not made payment. The file has therefore been forwarded to ********* for collection, which may impact your credit score.Your review accusing us of being a "****" ** **** ***** *** *********** especially in light of the extensive work and documentation that support our involvement and your successful claim.   I saw this on ******** and when I spoke to them they were Evasive and when I found out the truth I was astounded. No one should use them, find out things on your own, you can. I am 73 and found out what I wanted to know on my own and not by being ripped off by these people. Why do you think they are on ********???

  Well first off 20% is absoloutly way to high for this.When almost everywhere else I've asked how much they ask for they went told me 10 Percent .Now that's not my only thing be careful when they contact your doctor they harassed and threatened mine and I work for 2 years to get them as my doctor.They almost dropped me as a patient for true Norths behaviour in how they talked to her and what they did Let this be a ****** just file it yourself it's not that hard Also nor did I even get a apology from them for what they had done instead I got a very rude man who said he would inform his team I.D.G.A.F about your team dude

  True North was approached to assist my mother with getting back years of disability benefits she had not been applying for. They went back as far as they could, provided my mother a credit for back years and were a great help to her. They did an awesome job and made life easier with the service they provided.

  I would like to leave a review for this service. I have had the best service possible and will recommend True North Disability Services to anybody I know. Their professionalism is AWESOME and they go above and beyond to get Canadians what is due them from the ******************* ********* has been an absolute gem in fixing our files with **************. She is truly a strong asset to your organization and an absolute delight to deal with. As are all the others I have encountered within this journey.   Hello: I have never written a review of a service before, but I feel that the True North Team deserves nothing but the best review.The Team was informative, professional, and above all very friendly. They helped me through the whole process, step by step. Including informing me how long that the process at each step could take.   My name is ******************************* ******. I did the true North disability for my mom and I have to say it was a wonderful experience which you know Disability they help me through with everything. I did get the 10 years credit for my mom was still going through some of the process right now, but I have to say it was a wonderful experience again, if I had to do it all over again I would but thanks again to *****. I appreciate everything that youve done for us.

  They provided excellent service, guiding me along the way. Always kept me up to date on the progress. Got my tax refund in a very prompt time frame. The process was seamless beginning to end.
