5 starsIt is a very good service. The people I have been in contact with were very friendly and noligable. They kept in contact with us. What I really liked was that they only got in contact with you if there were some questions the needed to get for the application. I would like to say a big thank you to the team that looked into the probability if my husband being a candidate for the Disability Credit. 5 starsI don’t know how advertising algorithms work but I’m sure happy they do as I learned about True North on *********. First I verified they weren’t ******** then I did my own research on the *** website about the ********** *** ****** to make sure I do in fact qualify but didn’t know how complicated it was to go back to the *** to be reassessed. I filled out the form online and they called me back. They were very clear what their process was. Asked a bunch of questions to make sure I medically qualified, then financially qualified before moving forward with their services. The contract clearly described their process and fees as did their phone call. I heard of others getting rejected doing it on their own so I greatly appreciate their help. After all, until I saw my medical issues on their ad I had no idea I qualified or was entitled to these tax credits so a commission based, no upfront payment professional help was very much welcomed. What did I have to lose? They were very helpful and kind start to finish. I never felt like they were being pushy or about the money as I’ve read, I mean, after all, this is their job. They sent the paperwork to my clinic, the doctor filled it out, they checked it over before sending it off then we waited. Quite a while it felt but eventually the *** asked for more information from my doctor and again True North requested this and sent it back out. Other than our first few conversations and updates, everything was done in the background between them, my doctor and the ***. They would either approve it or not. Then I got the good news that I was reassessed and would in fact receive my credits. Eventually the credit came back to us and we paid their bill same day as we were very grateful. Now that we know about this credit and I’ve been approved until 2028 our accountant can easily do this on our taxes moving forwarded. Hi ******,We are extremely clear and transparent about the fees we charge for our services. Not only are they communicated verbally during an assessment, they are also provided in emails, and highlighted in yellow on our client service agreement that clients sign. In fact, our fees are some of the lowest in the industry (standard is 30% of recovered funds, where as we are 20%). In the event our clients do not receive a refund, we do not charge for our services. I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience.Review fromStephanie A

5 starsI had issues getting my specialist to respond to ****'s questions about my disability tax credit application. I decided it would be worth having TNDS handle the application and subsequent back and forth. They handled it well and got my application in and approved quickly. I'm grateful for the assistance. 4 starsTNDS was easy to deal with…. CRA took most of the time deciding is what I was told ..if I’m still here in 2028 I can get TNDS to apply again for me!True North Disability Services Ltd.
