5 starsBoth my husband and I used True North Disability Services to find out whether we were eligible for the *** Disability Tax Credit. They were very thorough with the initial consultation, helped ** with explanations, instructions on how to fill out forms, they communicated with our doctor on our behalf and were so helpful in every way. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and there was immediate communication if we had any questions or needed help. The best news of all was that both my husband and I received refunds from the ***. We would highly recommend True North Disability Services and are so thankful for their help. We know we could not have done this ourselves!

1 starAmazing the fee they charged me to file my paperwork. Held me hostage in the beginning when I found out it was the same thing I was working on doing and 5he same easy paperwork I had to have my doctor fill out . To lose 20% of my claim was hyway robbery .True North Disability Services Ltd.

After discussing this further with you, you then instructed ** to proceed.In reviewing your file, I also see that you have previously applied for the Disability Tax Credit and were previously denied. With respect, as you have witnessed first hand - obtaining eligibility is not as simple as you have made it sound. We worked diligently on your claim and provided your physician detailed information and instructions showing how your application needed to be completed in order for you to have a successful outcome. They are so understanding, professional and knowledgeable. 5 starsTrue North has been amazing since day one. The fact they dont charge you unless you get a refund from the government, is incredible in itself. The staff I have worked with so far have been informative every step of the way. People say the 20% fee of the recovered amount is a lot. However, had I not went with True North from the get-go, I may have not been approved if I had tried myself due to wording issues. It's all how it is worded when it comes to the **** I would have just wasted time doing it myself. I look at it as, the 20% fee is nothing when you understand how much legwork is involved when dealing with the **** Also, its money I wouldnt have had, had these awesome professionals not gotten involved. They truly know what they're doing. I have gotten a significant amount back so far and I'm waiting on more due to reassessing previous tax years. True North is the ONLY company you should trust to go through the process of applying for disability. Call them for a free consultation over the phone and they will let you know if you have a case or not. I promise you wont be disappointed. Just look at the rest of the reviews on here.
