    I ordered a mat combo with carpets at $290 on July 10, 2025 Order # *****. After waiting for the product 5 weeks it was finally deliveredjust not to me. The Chinese 17Track service stated it was delivered but I never received it. I reached out to the company and spoke to some guy named ******* ***** ****. He sent me the *** tracking which had a delivery photo confirming it was delivered to an incorrect address due to the welcome rug being completely different from mine. I let him know this, he told me to file a claim with *** (red flag 1) I informed him that the contract was created between his company and *** and the claim had to be submitted by his company (which you would think hed know). After probably speaking with *** he mentioned twice *** messed up and vanishedive sent him 5 emails including the companys ******************************* email included asking for a resolution with 0 response. I will never, ever order from this company again due to horrible business etiquette and an absolute headache. Ive inquired with my bank and this is my first step filing complaints. It has been almost 2 months since order date with no product and no resolution from the company, just ghosting.

    On 6/6/25, I purchased a floor mat set and full trunk liner for my 2016 ***** CX-5, plus extended warranty, clips/velcro, and express shipping from ****** (an additional $49), for a total price of $631. The express shipping is where my issue lies. Based on statements made on their website regarding shipping information, I opted for the express shipping despite the hefty fee because I wanted to avoid any customs delays, and wanted to ensure it arrived on time, given the stated 30 day production/shipping time. It has been 5 weeks since I ordered, and if ******** doesnt even have my package yet, itll likely be at least 6 weeks since the order date before it actually gets to me. As of 7/10/25, my order still hasnt arrived, because it shipped from *****, NOT ******. It has been in transit for 23 days, more than double the 5-10 day estimate they claim for express shipping because its waiting for customs clearance, which is what I paid extra to avoid. Standard shipping (which is what I ended up getting, anyway) was free, and even still, its beyond the 21 day estimate for standard shipping. Considering that their production factories are supposedly in **************** I dont understand why my order is coming from ***** to begin with. Since 7/7/25, Ive emailed their customer service team twice & texted their 24/7 customer support three times asking for a full refund of the $49 shipping fee. Ive not gotten any response, but seeing as how their replies here are dated the same day as the initial complaint, apparently Manicci customers have to resort to using the ******************** as a middleman to communicate with this company?Look, I get that mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes speaks to their business ethics and how much (or little) they value their paying customers. I truly hope the quality of the product isnt as disappointing as their customer service, but Im beginning to have some STRONG reservations about who I decided to purchase from.

    I placed the order on may 19th and I received the delivery for order # ***** on 6/20/25 but the trunk basemat that I optioned was not in the box with the other floor mats. I have tried reaching out to ******************************* and even the chat feature on the website but I am not getting any responses. I even found an email for the CEO for the company, tried emailing him but no reply.

    I placed an order on January 6, 2025 with Manicci for a full set of floor mats and a FULL trunk liner for my 2007 ****** FJ Cruiser. My vehicle was listed on their site as a year and model that they could make their products for.When the order arrived several weeks later I was not sent the complete trunk liner kit but only a trunk liner floor mat. I was not interested in a floor mat for my cargo area as I already have two of them. I specifically ordered a FULL TRUNK liner which goes up the sides of the "trunk" and also covers the back side of the seats. I provided a photo of my cargo area with the order as requested on their site.Manicci's products are very high priced BUT I was willing to pay the high amount to get this trunk liner to cover up all the marks and scratches that happen in a cargo area over time. I was very much looking forward to receiving the kit to upgrade my vehicle.Imagine my disappointment when I opened the parcel to find my order incomplete with no contact or explanation from the company. They should have contacted me to advise either that my order could not be fulfilled as placed OR that they had made a mistake in the order. In either case, Manicci should have made the effort to reach out to me and make this right but they have never done so.They refunded me $100 of the original price of the full trunk liner ($360) before I had even received the order OR knew what was going on. I have reached out to them multiple times for an explanation and with a request to complete the rest of my order properly. To sum up, I had no interest in only a floor mat for my cargo area and wanted the FULL TRUNK LINER. The amount of $100 refunded means I paid $260 for a simple floor mat only...which I would never have placed an order ****** date, Manicci has not responded to any of my emails asking for an explanation and for them to complete my order properly. Their customer service is nonexistent and I would appreciate assistance in dealing with them.

    Reminder you were credited back $100 on January 15 to make up the difference between full and base trunk mat we sent an email and partial credit back onto your card. We delivered your floor mats full order and base trunk mat instead as that was available. You ordered a full trunk mat but full trunk mat is not available. 

    We have added you to list in the event the full boot liner is scanned for your model in the future to send you one at that time :) Timeline TBD

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and while I disappointed with their poor response, I do not believe they will change their stance. I still hold to my original observations that this company provides no customer service whatsoever and makes no effort to contact customers who reach out to them. Their website offers products that they can't deliver on and they send you a partial order fulfillment only. Since they sent me something I never wanted or put in an order for, I am very disappointed. It's like ordering a wedding dress but they only send you the top half and the business thinks that is perfectly acceptable and refunds you for not providing the bottom half without any communication whatsoever. Pretty bad business model in my opinion.

    At this point, I'd just like other consumers to be aware of this if they choose to deal with Manicci. I cannot recommend them based on how I was treated.

    I have purchased 2 floor mats for my sons 1988 Trans Am Firebird on Dec 6th of 2024, not only that I have not received a refund for them, and no communication, after multiple attempts of me trying to find out my order status, they lied to me trying to tell me that my order have been refunded. I have no money refunded from Manicci and no mats. I am giving up. I think I will speak to a lawyer and file a lawsuit against this fraudulent company. Manicci Floor Mats are a scam company. They do not have a concept of how to run a business, and they dont care. All they want is to cheat people and take their money for false advertising.

    We unfortunately do not make for 1988 Trans Am models they are a rare classic car. We do not do classic cars.

    I placed an order on Dec 19th, 2024 for floor mats for my 2006 ****** Tundra from Manicci and was charged ****** USD. I received a text message from them 12/27 asking if my tundra has a bench seat. That was the last communication I received from them. I never received the floor mats and am seeking a full refund immediately. *****

    Placed order (#*****) on August 26th. Item was a trunk liner Bas diamond car floor. $134.00. Never received the item. I have called numerous times-no anwer, but left mesaages. No reply. Sent a coupld of e-mails with company of order they sent me but no reply. Going through charge company to get money back.

    I reviewed the company and got recommendation from a know person online what writes about cars. Placed the order on April 25th. Paid $188 use for 2 front mats for a 2000 **** Excursion plus express shipping. On May 22nd I inquired about the status of the order and was told by ******* **** thru email that it is on backorder and they were getting measurements. I have been inquiring monthly since and have not heard back since.

    I am reopening this BBB complaint as I have not heard back from my previous requests for resolution.
    I would like to resolve this if possible and would accept one of the following two scenarios.

    Hi, I did thorough research on this company and found them to be very reputable in November 2023 I placed a $250 order for my sons Christmas present for floor mats for his car on December 13 of 2023 I contacted the company through their live chat on the website and immediately received a response that the mats were on back order which is strange because they are all custom-made, and that the back order was to be announced on when it would be received the individual through the live chat offered me a full refund or offered me to stay on the backordered list, which is what I decided to do. since then I have contacted through text email phone and live chat probably 80 times seriously and I have not received one single response from any avenue as far as contacting them goes at this point I would love to receive the item for my son but I also will be happy to just get my money back. I just dont understand why after this long, I cant even speak to somebody and no one will respond to me .
