5 starsWe’ve had our single unit since 2021 and every summer I give it a kiss as it keeps our 2 fur babies and their mama cool and we freeze dad out????
In the winter we turn it on in the morning to take the chill off we love this little unit. They have good customer service as well.Coastal Energy Ltd.

The service and care for the unit is important to me and Coastal Energy hit all the marks from day one with the installation, and subsequent service. Their information and tips for saving more energy when using the unit is invaluable and I am tickled pink that I went with Coastal. thank you guys for being so pleasant and informative. Hooray, I'm saving money and helping the environment by going green! One more thing, the unit is QUIET, so important to me and my neighbours!Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsThe very best team we have ever had in our house to do work of any kind. They were fast and efficient and very respectful. They installed quality equipment and explained the operation to us. 5 starsThey sent a very qualified service person who knew exactly what to do. Showed up right on time and did a great job servicing our heat pump that they installed 4 years ago. 5 starsSometimes it is difficult to get tradespeople to come to Gabriola; they don’t show up or the price gouging is severe for crossing that body of water. We have been very pleased with the communication and service from Coastal Energy, coming when expected and professional in all aspects. Very easy to deal with, from scheduling to billing.
