5 stars****** and ***** installed the new water tank - all done in a timely manner with great work quality. They answered all my questions. I have a long history with Gandy and always had the best experience. Everyone is knowledgeable, polite and helpful (also true about the ladies I communicate with when calling for service). 5 starsThe service and professionalism is exceptionally high. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, adept at what they do. They installed a high efficiency furnace a few years ago and have also done the yearly maintenance since then. 5 starsI had an excellent experience right from the initial service call. The tech showed up an hour after my call, was very thorough, both in the diagnosis and explanation. I had a meeting with ******, the sales tech, the next day. Both helped me navigate the repair/replace decision; I decided to go with a new unit. We were pleasantly surprised with the fast turnaround and installation. We would definitely go here again.Gandy Installations Ltd.

5 starsI have used Gandy for many years as my go to for my furnace purchase a few years ago and for my yearly servicing. A couple of weeks ago I also purchased a new hot water tank through them. 5 starsRecently had our hot water tank replaced. The team arrived on time but the only glitch was that they had the wrong tank and had to go back to the shop. However the other service technician got straight to work doing everything he could before the other tank arrived. Very efficient service considering the space they had was very tight.
