      I am an owner and resident at REMOVED, a residential high-rise in downtown REMOVEDthat relies on TK Elevator as its elevator maintenance and service provider.For an extended period, the building's elevators have experienced repeated breakdowns, with repairs frequently taking months to complete. The outages have become so frequent that residents cannot reasonably rely on the elevators for daily use.This has had a significant impact on me personally. I am currently recovering from a broken bone in my foot and depend on the elevators for work, medical appointments, and essential daily activities. What should be a reliable building service has instead become a constant source of disruption and anxiety. I have also spoken with numerous other owners and residents who have expressed the same frustrations.I have been informed of repeated service interruptions and prolonged repair timelines, yet there appears to be no lasting solution to improve the reliability of the elevators. The recurring failures, particularly involving the building's designated firefighter elevator, raise additional concerns regarding safety and the quality of the maintenance and repair services being provided.I am filing this complaint because I believe TK Elevator has failed to provide timely and effective maintenance and repair services for equipment that residents depend on every day. I am requesting that TK Elevator explain why these recurring failures continue to occur, why repairs take such an excessive amount of time, and what concrete measures will be implemented to ensure reliable elevator service going forward.If these issues cannot be resolved, I believe affected owners and residents should be made aware of the quality of service being provided and will consider pursuing additional complaints through the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection channels.
