I am filing a complaint against UniUni for an alleged delivery attempt that never occurred and for their consistently unreliable and deceptive delivery practices.There was no knock, no doorbell, and no call was made No delivery notice was left The tracking updated with a generic, obviously false attempted delivery remark This is part of a broader pattern in which UniUni appears to rely on crowdsourced gig drivers who have no incentive to complete deliveries correctly.The company is essentially impossible to contact for real support. Their customer service is non-responsive, and they provide no meaningful assistance in locating packages or resolving issues. The total lack of accountability is unacceptable for a company entrusted with consumer goods.UniUnis practices cause real financial loss and stress for customers, and they reflect poorly on the businesses that contract with them. Marking fake delivery attempts, refusing to communicate, and relying on untrained gig workers is not a legitimate delivery service model.I am requesting that the BBB record this complaint, and that UniUni be urged to:Deliver the package Address the issue of false delivery attempt scans Improve transparency around who is handling packages Provide a functioning and responsive customer support channel Ensure proper oversight of subcontracted or gig-based drivers Consumers deserve a basic standard of honesty and reliability, and UniUnis current practices fall far below that.

My Uni Uni tracking number is: UUS5BJ1788364328774. For a smart watch. I bought this item off Temu and it showed "out for delivery" 11/20/25. I have not received my package and have called and asked where it is on: 11/22/25. I was told by a male *** it was "on a truck" and that "he confirmed it was". That it would be delivered by 9pm that night. It was not delivered. Uni Uni lied. That same day, they also sent me a picture of someone elses package that they bought on Temu. A neighbor I do not know that lives in the same apartments. But a way different building than myself. The name was different as well. I told ******* in a call, (2 calls were made that day) what happened and asked why someone elses package was on my profile and being sent to me. They did not have a reason why. ******* is operated and their packages attempted to be delivered by, morons. Where is my package?!?!?! I have created a "ticket" within the Temu app, if that ticket is even real. To "escalate" the failed "out for delivery, none delivery." Seems to be No resolution with anyone having any common sense to locate, organize and actually deliver my item.

It had nothing to do with the package coming from overseas. I did get my package about 4/5 days after the status of, "out for delivery".

My order has not moved for the past 5 days. I filed a complaint last Friday and they sent me an email that my order was still in ********. I already knew that from their website and that was not what I was asking. Then they closed the case. I talked to someone on Friday and she said that they were waiting to move the package from ******** to ************* but couldnt tell me when that would be done. They are a terrible company and do not deliver as promised, They should be given a F rating,

Hi, UniUni shipping service company is not delivering my product. They say they attempt to deliver but its failed which is 100% false. We are home all the time and they can even deliver product at the door step and thats how they have been doing previously. I have contacted customer service over the call (every time the waiting time is atleast an hour) and raised multiple tickets. Also through website chatbot. No responses till now and product is not delivered yet. Its frustrating everyday. They are literally eating my brain and all my time everyday.

This company is VERY unprofessional it needs to be shut down. My package has been out for delivery for 4 days with no update. their customer service is horrible the agents are no help all they do is submit tickets to a warehouse that doesnt respond. I WANT MY ORDER THIS IS RIDICULOUS. This isnt the first time this happened first time it was a failure delivery and no one even delivered

I ordered 2 items from ****** and one was delivered with no issues getting into my apartment complex yet the 2nd part of my order keeps saying "failed delivery (Contact failed and inaccessible) returning to warehouse". They never tried to contact me and my phone number is always listed on the shipping labels when I receive packages from ****** so why are they not trying to call me so I can let them in if they are having trouble getting into my apartment complex???? I have tried contacting them to give them a different address etc but there is no option to do so on their website. I ordered an item through **** and received a tracking link. On October 2nd I received an email from the delivery company that they attempted a delivery. The address is to my office and was closed on this Sunday. On October 4th I contacted the delivery company requesting redelivery and provided specific instructions that it muat be done Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm, also providing my direct cell phone number and asking them to call upon delivery as well. They seemed good with that and let me know they would be scheduling a 2nd delivery within 10 business days. Today is the end of that 10 business days, so I checked the tracking link and it says another attempt was made but undeliverable. It did not appear that this happened during the requested time, nor was a phone call made. I contacted the delivery company to see what is going on. Spending almost 2 hours on the phone between being on hold and talking with the representative, they ultimately hung up on me saying that they would not schedule another delivery, and that I needed to pick up the package from their warehouse or they would be sending it back to the vendor. If their warehouse was close I probably would not have minded, but it's over an hour away, so over 2 hour round trip, which I was not willing to do. I simply asked for them to deliver during the prescribed times and they just said they wouldn't and ultimately hung up on me.

This was supposed to be a simple delivery. They said they attempted, but had the wrong address. Fine, so I called numerous times, emailed, chatted, submitted support tickets, everything I could think of to get this resolved. I've wasted HOURS dealing with this. It should be an incredibly simple problem to fix, and deliver the package. It's been over 3 weeks trying to get anywhere, only to get the runaround from people on the phone, or closed support ticket emails, when it clearly isn't resolved. This is for a business where I've had tens of thousands of packages delivered, this is about as simple as it gets, yet they still can't figure out how to deliver this package.

I ordered an item through ****. UniUni states that they attempted delivery two times. After the first delivery attempt I contacted the shipper through their website and let them know that I the package was being delivered at a school and that someone would be available from 8 to 6 M - F to receive the package. I never made it past their chat bot in communications. The package was then returned to the warehouse in ******* where it supposedly still is. There has been no Movement since September 5th. I have tried to get in contact with someone and I can never get through to anyone to ask about another delivery attemp. Now the Tracking number that I have been provided is supposedly out of there system as I get an error to put in a valid tracking number. This whole process has been awful.
