    I purchased a car from REMOVEDin June 2026 and felt pressured by their financial sales REMOVEDto buy a vehicle warranty program from Symtech only to find out the REMOVEDDealer in my town of REMOVEDdoes not honor it. I tried several businesses in my city and had trouble finding one that will. Yet I was told by the REMOVEDsales REMOVEDthat many REMOVEDair centers accept it. I was told by this REMOVEDthat I need to make a decision now before I leave the dealership or I won't be able to get it later, so I signed, costing me almost $3000. I decided after investigating this warranty program from Symtech as I was having some issues with the car and realized that the deductibles are high and it was not always advantageous to use the warranty. Plus the REMOVEDfinancial agent lied to me about the cost of various REMOVEDairs, bloating the costs in order to scare me into buying the warranty program. So on September 14/26, I contacted the REMOVEDfinancial agent and requested to cancel the warranty program and get my pro-rated refund back. It was supposed to take only a week by law, yet it took me several emails to REMOVEDwho dealt with Symtech to refund my money, and I finally got my check 35 days later. I could have called REMOVEDand REMOVEDort them but I didn't. So their withholding my money for an extended period of time was unprofessional and corrupt in my opinion, as I feel they were hoping I would drop it.
