    On June 9, 2026, I paid $155.05 CAD (Invoice #ROB-P-C-2681023) to Affordable Process Server for process serving, which included document delivery, email scan, and physical original mail.The service remains incomplete due to the following issues:Non-delivery of Documents: I have not received any scanned PDF or physical hard copies, despite the court proceeding moving forward. No estimated delivery timeline was provided.Inconsistent Information: During a phone call on July 14, 2026 (audio recording available upon request), a representative stated the document was not yet signedcontradicting an earlier email claiming it was mailed on June 15.Unsubstantiated REMOVEDFees: On July 22, 2026, following a polite status inquiry, the business alleged "rude communication" without basis, restricted further inquiries, and required an additional $49 fee for a replacement copy.Full payment was rendered, but key deliverables were not provided.Desired Resolution: Full refund of $155.05 CAD.

    On December 4, 2025, I retained APS Process Services to serve legal documents on two defendants located in REMOVEDand REMOVED, REMOVED. APS Process Services accepted payment of $313.00 by REMOVEDe-Transfer for the requested services. Before payment was made, I provided detailed service instructions, the names of the defendants, and their service addresses. APS Process Services confirmed the arrangement and requested that the documents be mailed to their REMOVED, REMOVEDfor service.The payment of $313.00 was successfully deposited by APS Process Services on December 5, 2025. I possess documentary proof of payment and email correspondence confirming the service instructions.Since accepting payment, APS Process Services has failed to provide the contracted services. Specifically: No affidavit of service has been provided. No proof of attempted service has been provided. No status updates have been provided. No explanation has been provided regarding the delay. No refund has been issued.More than six months have passed since payment was accepted. During this period, APS Process Services has retained my funds while failing to complete the services for which it was engaged. This is UNJUST REMOVEDa legal professional, I rely upon process servers to carry out services in a timely and professional manner. The failure to perform the contracted work has caused unnecessary delay, inconvenience, and potential prejudice to legal proceedings.Desired Resolution:I request that APS Process Services immediately refund the full amount of $313.00 paid on December 4, 2025, and $24.40 for the courier that I used to mail them the documents.If the business contends that any service attempts were made, I request copies of all notes, affidavits, photographs, correspondence, and records relating to those attempts.I am submitting this complaint in good faith and seek a prompt and fair resolution.
