Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund & Exchange Policy1. Contract Cancellation & RefundsMost security guard service agreements are long-term contracts. Clients who wish to cancel must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date. A cancellation fee equal to two (2) months of the contracted service rate will apply to offset staffing and operational commitments. Prepaid fees for services not yet rendered, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded within 30 business days of the effective termination date.2. Service Adjustments (Exchanges)Clients may request changes to their service package: including shift schedules, guard assignments, number of personnel, or site locations, with a minimum of 14 days' written notice. Adjustments are subject to availability and may result in a revised contract rate. No additional fees apply for the service adjustment per contract year; subsequent adjustments may incur an administrative fee of $350.3. Dissatisfaction & Guard ReplacementIf a client is dissatisfied with the performance of an assigned guard, we will provide a replacement within 48 hours of written notification at no additional charge. This does not constitute grounds for a refund or contract cancellation.4. No Refunds for Services RenderedFees for security services already performed are non-refundable. Partial-month services will be prorated accordingly.5. Force MajeureNeither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government orders, etc.). In such cases, services will be suspended and fees prorated or credited toward future service.6. Dispute ResolutionAny billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Unresolved disputes will be handled through mediation before any legal proceedings.This policy is subject to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement shall prevail.
