  Great mattress, love the free bedding bundle during their special offer. Pillow wasn't for me but my partner uses both of them. Would definitely order from them again in the future

  I am very pleased with the service I received from Douglas. I bought the new mattress because I developed some back problems. This mattress has made a difference as I was not able to get comfortable on my old one. While my back is still bothering me, I have been able to get a lot more sleep on this new mattress. The ordering process was very easy and I received the mattress very quickly. I got updates along the way as well. I'm very happy with the mattress. I also received sheets and pillow cases although I found them too crisp so I'm not using them.

  The shipping took a very long time. The mattress is good but wish it was a little softer. Sheets are full cotton. Even washed theyre rougher then most.

  I bought a Douglas mattress a few years ago and absolutely love it its incredibly comfortable and has held up beautifully. Recently, I ordered the navy bamboo bedding, and I couldnt be happier. The fabric feels so soft and luxurious, and the colour is gorgeous. Another great purchase from Douglas!

  Everything worked out as advertised. I am very happy with the level of firmness. I had a Tempur pedic mattress that was too soft and made it difficult to change positions. We went back to a regular mattress but my wife developed a back injury and we needed a bed that could change positions. So far, this has been an excellent change and has helped my hip pain considerably. Douglas is a good company.

  **************** was exceptional. Kind, caring and understanding. I had an issue with my shipping (my fault) but they fixed it without question. We absolutely love our mattress and all the extras it came with. I ordered The linen sheets and loved them so much i ordered A second set in a different colour. Couldnt be happier with our purchase and experience. Special shout out to ******, she was so great to deal with. Certainly an asset to the Douglas team.

  I waited a full month after trying my new mattress before writing this review to be absolutely sure of my impressions. And I can confidently sayits fantastic. Comfort: Exceptionally comfortable with a soft top layer that feels luxurious. Support: Firm enough underneath to provide solid support, which is great for my back. Temperature: It stays cool throughout the night, which is a huge plus since I tend to sweat a lot. Value: For the price I paid, I couldnt be happier.
