4 starsWe were looking for a Canadian business to support for our mattress purchase. We were delighted with complimentary bundle and the great communication. I didn't love the comfort of the mattress but my husband did. They wanted me to be happy so the option to return was offered after the 2 weeks it takes mattress to complete expanding and it conforming to our bodies. I needed something less firm so I added a memory foam topper and they compensated me for that without me asking. I am impressed by customer ****************** I still can return if I change my mind because its 365 days.

5 starsOur experience with Douglas RV mattress has been great. Items arrived before expected date. Unboxed then unpacked let the mattress expand left in the sun for two days before we moved it to our RV. Was great having the bonus sheet and pillow package with the order. This saved us additional money from having to purchase it for the special RV mattress size. The protector, sheet sheets and pillowcases were all used immediately after being washed according to their own instructions the one year return policy if dissatisfied is a great addition if for any reason the mattress doesnt agree with an individual. The mattress warranty of 20 years is second to none as other manufacturers only have a 10 year warranty. We are very happy we chose Douglas.Review fromJody E
