5 starsThe whole process was seamless and the mattress arrived quickly. My only complaint would be that the box was nearly destroyed but luckily the mattress was not damaged. would suggest that the ******* take better care of handling practices

5 starsWe bought our first Douglas mattress two years ago. At first I thought it seemed very firm but soon realized that my morning stiffness and pain had disappeared and I no longer woke up with arms or hands asleep! It is very supportive and comfortable and still feels like new. We ordered a second one and received it very quickly. We will never buy another ******** brand again. 5 starsSo far so good, seems comfortable.Quick delivery. I was very happy with the mattress not having a horrible odor when I opened the wrapping. Usually foam has a smell for a few days but this did not. Having ng soar shoulders and hips, from ngers crossed that this works.GoodMorning.com Inc.

5 starsI read one of the reviews from a customer who had recently gone through a hip replacement. With a similar procedure in my immediate future and looking for a taller more supportive mattress I decided to venture into the world of online mattress shopping. The feedback and product support from Douglas was great. they responded promptly and made the decision easy. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the mattress and bonus material arrived. 5 starsOur king size bed is wonderful. The medium-firm mattress is right on the beam for us. The top layers leave me well-supported overall, and also the mattress gives way beneath the major pressure points3. I was skeptical about gel cooling, but it very effectively seems to release heat so its not trapped by the mattress; you dont get that hot spot underneath where you are laying. The construction and materials in the mattress look precise and durable. The adjustable bases are rock solid and well constructed, right down to the machine-perfect welds on the metal frame. The bed moves into position very smoothly and the motors/mechanisms are so quiet they wont disturb your partner. The vibrating massage function is really nice. Weve enjoyed our new bed so much we just replaced the queen mattress in our spare room with a Douglas mattress.Shipping was as quick as I could have imagined possible.Review fromHarsh G
