4 starsThe mattress popped up within an hour of taking it out of the box, we could sleep on it that night with barely any chemical smell! I might have opted for the extra plush mattress if I knew how firm it would be.

5 starsIn 2021 we purchased a King size Douglas mattress as well as a mattress pad for the mattress. The **************** process was easy and safe (this was during Covid) and we love our mattress which now, almost 4 years later, is still wonderfully comfortable and supportive.Recently, we purchased a set of King size Bamboo cooling sheets (Navy) from Douglas.The new sheets fit the mattress beautifully, are very generously sized, a gorgeous colour, delightfully soft & luxurious and deliciously cool to sleep in. Douglas' customer service has been excellent and our experience is that they will go above & beyond to ensure their customers' satisfaction and reward customer loyalty.I recommend ********************** to family and friends at every opportunity and will continue to do so. 5 starsInteresting fact: I asked ******* for the best mattress-in-a-box made in ****** and your companys name popped up (Logan&Cove). I wasnt familiar with the company, but I was looking for the best king-size mattress with home delivery. I didnt want to shop around; I dont have the time to visit stores and try every model, only to end up confused. Therefore, the 365-day return policy was my best bet. We have had the mattress for a month now, and its amazing! My boyfriend had tears of joy the first time he lay down on it, and so did I. Highly recommended!
