  It was easy to order and it arrived quickly with no issues. It was great to support a ***************** I have to say I purchased 2 queen mattresses and 2 adjustable bases. When the boxes arrived both lids had been torn open due to how heavy the mattresses were. We are pretty strong and have to say that it was a struggle getting the mattresses in the door. Our adjustable bases came 10 days later. We thought the mattresses were heavy, the bases are very heavy and awkward to carry as you dont want to drop them to ensure you are not affecting the motor. We so so struggled to bring one of the bases upstairs. Unfortunately due to where I live and dont have anyone else with more muscles to lift these products it will deter me from ordering again which is unfortunate because they are a great product. I wake up feeling refreshed and no longer have hip or back pain. It took me a few days to get used to the pillow that I received but now really like it. The adjustable base is like a dream. I cant believe I have one and Im totally spoiled. I wish that it would light up in the dark so I wouldnt have to guess the button that Im pushing. I also wish there was an anti-snore feature however thats minor. I cant express enough how great both mattress and adjustable base are and not sure how I can sleep on a regular bed ever again. Im in love with the adjustable base.

  We were impressed with the fast delivery. The mattress expanded to full size in no time and we were happy to sleep on it that night. Took about a week to adjust to sleeping on a memory foam mattress, since we were used to our old spring mattress with pillow top. I dont think we were comfortable at first being so well supported! It felt a bit hard. Now that we have adjusted, we love it. No more backaches or tossing and turning at night. Very satisfied with our purchase. And proud to support Canadian business. Thank you!

  We were shopping for a new mattress and bedroom furniture. We went to a number of retail outlets and tried a variety of mattresses. We learned about Logan and Cove on-line and were impressed with the product reviews and the information available about the mattress. The price point was comparable or less expensive then other brands. Since ordering we have been very impressed with the quality of the mattress and the sleeps we have had. We were looking for a mattress that wasn't too firm or too soft and we knew we definitely did not want a memory foam product. An excellent product that is Canadian made!

  The mattress is super comfortable and easy to unpack and set up. I especially love that this is a Canadian company!I would absolutely recommend Douglas products to friends and family. Affordable, and competitive comfort!!
