5 starsOur initial Octave mattress arrived damaged during shipping. Octaves after-sales service immediately replaced itno questions asked. Unfortunately, the replacement had a manufacturing defect, so we needed a second replacement. Through all of this, Octaves customer service was absolutely outstandingthe best Ive ever experienced with any purchase. They truly stand behind their word and their 365-day return policy gives you complete confidence in your purchase. After two weeks of use, the new mattress is exactly what we hoped for. It replaced a one-year-old hybrid **************** that was already sagging (and were not heavy people). The only minor issue is that the Octave mattress slightly overhangs our king base by about an inch all around, even though this base has fit other king mattresses perfectly. Overall, were very happycomfortable mattress, and truly exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.GoodMorning.com Inc.
