  Spoke twice on the telephhone to customer service. Excellent! Quick, knowledgeable and kind.Purchased a mattress cover. Great product and very satisfactory *********** wish you had stores in south western B.C. I have to try a mattress before I purchase.Made in ******, YES!!!

  I have had only pleasant and helpful experiences with Douglas **************** Staff! After giving my height and weight it was suggested their mattress would not be the best for me and what likely would be more helpful. Who recommends not taking their product?!?! After I shopped and got the mattress needed, I purchased their pillow, again based upon their CSR. As I had never run across a pillow one could actually adjust the height as needed by removing some of the insides, I was floored when told to do this. And it works!!! These folks have TOP NOTCH ****************!!!

  Love it!!!! Came fast and easy setup. Comfortable first night sleep. Every night afterwards is great. Did take me long to get adjusted to the bed. Had coiled mattress before absolutely love this one. Glad I chosen the alpine

  A very comfortable mattress that seems to be constructed very well. We have had one for years as our daily mattress and also bought one for our guest room. Multiple comments on the comfort level; we will order another when needed.

  Bought a Juno mattress; I was thinking of putting four stars bc no one reads the 5-star reviews, but I legit don't have a bone to pick here. My order arrived on time, all the things were in it in the right order, and they're comfortable. The mattress in its box was pretty easy to move by myself as well. The cotton sheets shrank a bit in the wash, but I did expect that, and they still fit which makes it a non-issue.Also,, no asbestos! Appreciate the lack of asbestos in particular.

  From the date of purchase to the delivery. I've been more than satisfied with how fast i received it. Douglas made everything seemed so easy. As for the mattress itself... i sleep so much better now compared to my old mattress! The difference is astronomic !Thank you Douglas !

  only one 'issue' -no mention of the need for a foundation - none seem to be offered; none seem to be mentioned - I found out about the need for a foundation on my first night when the mattress 'sank' - buying a plywood sheet otherwise, despite the mattress missing from the initial order (charged $400 for Queen bundle), once notified, customer service quickly resolved the error; mattress arrived in a timely manner, in part because it arrived on a Saturday graeme
