    I would have no hesitation in recommending Douglas products to any of my friends. I purchased a king mattress and pillows and now I have some of the best sleeps of my life. No more lower back or neck pain not to mention more energy.

    I am very happy with my purchase. The delivery was quick, set up was easy and the mattress is very comfortable. I also appreciated that it came with the bedding package. I will be purchasing a second mattress next week.

    We did some research of Douglas before we purchased and decided to purchase because of the positive reviews. We received the split king within the stated delivery time and assembled the bed with easy to follow instructions. Unfortunately the sleep comfort bundle was back ordered and was given an estimated delivery time from their easy to follow online tracking. When the items did not arrive on the stated day, I contacted Douglas to inquire. They were very sorry and provided a 10% discount on the bed purchase for my inconvenience. They followed up with updates on the back ordered items and when they discovered it would be another two weeks before delivery they then offered another discount or free sheets or pillows. Douglas was very good with the communication and ensured I was satisfied with the product and the service. I could not be more pleased with their level of customer service. It was a pleasure to work with this company and resolve these issues in a polite empathetic professional approach that did not hesitate to ensure my experience was positive. Highly recommend.

    A Company That Truly Cares and a Mattress Thats Worth every *****!I ordered a Douglas mattress by *********** after doing quite a bit of research and while I was already confident in the product, what truly impressed me was the customer ********** delivery was delayed by 6 days, which was frustrating at first. But when I reached out, ****** and ****** responded with genuine care and efficiency. They didnt just apologize they went above and beyond to make things right. As a courtesy, they offered me a 10% discount and even sent me an additional Egyptian cotton sheet set in the color of my choice. Their kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a negative experience into something truly positive.The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable supportive, breathable, and clearly high quality. One of the best parts? The free bedding bundle that comes included with the original purchase. Its such a thoughtful addition and really completes the experience, especially when paired with the extra sheet set I received.All in all, Douglas has earned my trust and appreciation. Between the great product and the outstanding support team, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a better nights sleep and a company that truly stands behind its customers.
